none of them suck, but they are all mid in their own way.
GT doesn't really have any particularly good fights, and the pacing is pretty awful. It handles the characters pretty well though. I find it the least offensive of the 3.
Super mischaracterizes and flanderizes the cast. It has the best stories and plot of the 3, and probably hits the highest highs of the 3. Some pretty abysmal lows as well though. The issues with the characters bother me a lot when I watch it, but it also had the most things that managed to impress me.
Daima's got some really kick ass fights, but's that's pretty much it. It is pretty much devoid of an actual story. Characters feel fine.

DBZ really is just banger after banger
Saiyan Saga
Frieza Saga
Android/Cell Saga
Buu Saga
Generational run. No misses. May be the greatest stretch of anime/manga ever without any significant lulls (Buu Saga is peak)

One thing I like about Super Saiyan Kaioken in DBZ thats different than Super is how the Kaioken merges with the Super Saiyan aura instead of just surrounding it like it does with SSBKK

Daima really was just retcon after retcon to contradict other retcons done already in DBS
Buu always existed.... she created him... Bibidi created him... its all just such a mess

Like the dub absolutely butchered ultimate battle and made it way less hype
They did not have to dub this 😭

Modern Dragon Ball really is a masterclass in being horribly managed
A DBS Remaster shouldn't even have to exist if they hadn't rushed DBS out in the first place. We have to go years without new content, no communication, no announcements
Series Don't get advertised, we changed art styles every movie/series and cant find an identity

Dub fans when they see horrible voice acting, cringy diaglogue, character butchering script changes, and constant music blaring in the background
