Aw man … this is brisket (duh), pulled pork, sausage, and two sandwiches (Gangsrer of Love and 1 meat sandwich). We also had smoked Gouda Mac and cheese!!
The restaurant is @interstellarbbq in Austin using post oak almost exclusively for their cooks.
