Once again, my wife spent the past month Halloween-maxxing so our kids could homemade-costume-mog.

Learn this one neat trick to avoid debate: declare the speaker politically contaminated! Real politics optional; imagined politics will do. Pretend that’s a substantive argument. This embarrassing, anti-intellectual habit is everywhere in academia. 2/2 eternallyradicalidea.com/p/t…

I know I’ve been posting a lot recently, but as Fr. Richard John Neuhaus used to say, β€œit’s a target-rich environment” right now. The governor of Massachusetts just signed into law a statute that permits abortion up until the moment of birth, as long as mother and doctor give the go-ahead. Please understand what this means. A fully-formed child, moments before exiting the birth canal, can be eviscerated, chopped into pieces, have its head crushed or skin burned offβ€”all under the full protection of Massachusetts law. What I found particularly gross was the reaction of the entirely female crowd around the female governor of Massachusetts as she signed this barbaric provision into law. They were clapping and cackling with delight because what can only be called infanticide can now be practiced with impunity in their state. I’m old enough to remember when Mario Cuomo, the devoutly Catholic governor of New York, admitted that, though he found abortion personally repugnant, he was, after tortured wrestling with his conscience, willing to give it limited protection of law. How far we have fallen from agonized and conflicted Cuomo to the present governor of Massachusetts and her entourage gleefully applauding the murder of children.

In a moment that laid bare the rising hostility toward Christian belief, Victorian MPs asked a straightforward question: Would mocking Jesus at the Mardi Gras be considered vilification under new laws? Rather than receiving a clear answer, their concerns were dismissed, mocked, and treated as irrelevantβ€”even though the incident they referred to was real, public, and offensive to many people of faith. We commend and thank the courageous MPs who stood up for religious freedom in this debateβ€”especially those who spoke clearly about the offence caused to Christians and the need for our laws to apply equally to all faiths. In an environment where it's increasingly difficult to speak up for truth, their boldness matters. It sends a clear message: the Christian faith is not a punchline, and believers deserve equal protection under the law. This video is a long watch - but worth it! #ACL #truthmadepublic #Auspol

We are a Judeo-Christian nation. All the same podcast bros who are saying we are not said the opposite before 2025. I don’t care when the word Judeo-Christian started to be used politically. The Old Testament (Jewish) and the New Testament (Christianity) make up the Bible. Hope I didn’t lose anyone yet. According to political scientist Donald Lutz’s landmark study published in the American Political Science Review, the book of Deuteronomy was the single most frequently cited work in all of America’s founding-era political literature. Followed by Montesquieu’s The Spirit of the Laws. Deuteronomy was referenced nearly TWICE as often as all of Locke’s writings, and the apostle Paul was mentioned about as frequently as Montesquieu and Blackstone. The book the founders quoted most wasn’t Locke. It wasn’t Montesquieu. It was a 3,000 year old Hebrew text about a nation under God. Deuteronomy 1:16-17 commands judges not to discriminate between the powerful and the poor β€œye shall hear the small as well as the great.” Leviticus 19:15 echoes it: β€œThou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty.” The founders produced: β€œAll men are created equal.” Deuteronomy 17:6 establishes that no person shall be convicted of a capital crime on the testimony of one witness alone. The Constitution’s treason clause mirrors it almost word for word: β€œNo person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act.” Deuteronomy 24:6 prohibits punishing children for the sins of their fathers. The Constitution reflects this directly: β€œNo attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood.” The founders also found the separation of powers not just in Isaiah 33:22 but in Deuteronomy 16, 17, and 18, which lay out distinct offices with distinct functions a separation the founders saw as having divine sanction. The founders saw a model of due process of law procedural fairness and equality of all persons before the law in the laws of Moses, especially Exodus 23, which for centuries has been called β€œthe Ten Commandments of Due Process.” These principles are explicitly guaranteed in the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments. So yes, we are a Judeo-Christian nation FOUNDED on the Old Testament (Judaism) and the New Testament (Christianity). Hope that clears things up.

This teacher-turned-cognitive scientist shared a disturbing reality that left the room stunned. β€œOur kids are LESS cognitively capable than we were at their age.” Every previous generation outperformed its parents since we began recording in the late 1800s. So, what happened? Screens. Dr. Jared Horvath explained: β€œGen Z is the first generation in modern history to underperform us on basically every cognitive measure we have, from basic attention to memory, to literacy, to numeracy, to executive functioning, to EVEN GENERAL IQ, even though they go to more school than we did.” β€œSo why? … The answer appears to be the tools we are using within schools to drive that learning (screens).” β€œIf you look at the data, once countries adopt digital technology widely in schools, performance goes down significantly, to the point where kids who use computers about five hours per day in school for learning purposes will score over two-thirds of a standard deviation LESS than kids who rarely or never touch tech at school. And that’s across 80 countries.” But screens aren’t just decimating learning and making new generations less intelligent than the ones before them. They’re doing something far worse. And when you take a closer look, it isn’t pretty. 🧡

"If even if I sinned again tomorrow, even if I died in the middle of a sin, I'm still going to heaven because Christ died for me." Protestants, is this true? πŸ€”
Wow... Street preacher calls me a heretic! This conversation took me by surprise.

I’d have said it was a bad strategy to mock and alienate white progressive women, your largest bloc of supporters. Their capacity for self-abnegation might not be limitless.

2003: MSNBC host Joe Scarborough worries California may start issuing driver’s licenses to illegal aliens. β€œBy giving these criminals the most accepted form of identification in America, the California Democrats buy votes for themselves.” β€œThis plan seems to me to legitimize illegal immigration once and for all. And it’s dangerous.” β€œThey’re breaking the law. It’s that simple. If you break the law, you shouldn’t get a driver’s license. You shouldn’t be in our country.”

NEW: Psychotherapist Jonathan Alpert says that 75% of the patients he sees have a deep hatred for Trump and are "hyper fixated" on him. "They can't sleep, they feel traumatized by Mr. Trump." "I had one patient who said she couldn't enjoy a vacation because anytime she saw Trump in the news or on her device, she felt triggered." "So this is a profound pathology, and I would even go so far as to call it the defining pathology of our time." Insane.

There was a line from Zohran Mamdani’s inaugural address yesterday that took my breath away. He said he intended to replace β€œthe frigidity of rugged individualism with the warmth of collectivism.” Collectivism in its various forms is responsible for the deaths of at least one hundred million people in the last century. Socialist and Communist forms of government around the world todayβ€”Venezuela, Cuba, North Korea, etc.β€”are disastrous. Catholic social teaching has consistently condemned socialism and has embraced the market economy, which people like Mayor Mamdani caricature as β€œrugged individualism.” In fact, it is the economic system that is based upon the rights, freedom, and dignity of the human person. For God’s sake, spare me the β€œwarmth of collectivism.”

During Trump's first term Maduro stayed in power after an illegitimate election. The MSM/Democrats repeatedly claimed that Maduro remaining in power was proof that Trump was "Putin's puppet." Everyone in this video will now be condemning Trump. It's so pathetic.
