Super happy to announce that I'm going through YC for the second time with my buddy Gui to build @Adsideai, and we're live today on the YC directory! PS: Look at this image long enough and it looks like Gui has no legs

So: if cold email is dead as a gtm strategy, what are people doing these days to get demos/sign ups for B2B?

I just compared our reply rates in 2026 vs 2020, and my learning is: cold email is so dead as a gtm strategy. I did YC in 2020 with @hiresweet_ , and we ran a pretty intense outbound email campaign then. We had >25% reply rate (classice 1 email + 2 follow ups, with high degree of personalization). I'm going through YC a second time with @Adsideai , and we started another cold email campaign 2 weeks ago. I just checked the results: reply rate <3%. (the campaign is much better than then, and PMF is overall stronger). Is anyone really making any sort of revenue out of cold emailing in 2026? (excepted cold email agencies & vendors)

Congrats @MaxJunestrand! I remember this email from 2024 back when you were still called Leya - you did go big indeed 🔥🔥🔥
We have raised a $550M Series E at an $8.8B valuation, led by Atreides. Every major existing investor is back in, and we’re welcoming Baron Capital, Capital Group, Fidelity, Glade Brook and J.P. Morgan. We picked investors who think in decades. Several of them work with law firms and legal teams every day, so they can see where the work is heading. Lawyers are moving from AI assistants to agents that do multi-step work. The money goes there. We’re growing our teams across North America, Europe, Latin America and Asia-Pacific, and going deeper on the Legora aOS. Thank you to the 1,000+ people at Legora, and to the 140,000 legal professionals who use what we build. I say this a lot because I believe it: it’s the best time in history to be a lawyer. We're thankful to be a part of it. Full story: legora.com/blog/series-e

We’re betting our $5.5M seed round that the next leap in AI coding won’t come from OpenAI or Anthropic. It’ll come from a new feedback loop that learns from you. Introducing Beacon: open-source, self-improving memory for coding agents. Your sessions capture how you debug and solve problems. Today, that context gets lost and you have to re-explain things every time you switch tools. Beacon continuously distills your sessions into reusable skills across Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and 20+ harnesses, so your next agent can learn from the last. Beacon is free and OSS 🌟 github.com/Asymptote-Labs/ag… Why should the frontier labs be the only ones winning with your sessions? You already did the work. Now let your coding agents learn from you.

We're excited to announce that we have raised a $6.1M seed led by @645ventures, with @ycombinator, @January_Capital , @RebelFund_VC , @sterlingroadvc , @transposevc and prominent angel investors including @nejatian @iEchoic @sternhenri @ooshma 🚀 AI prototypes were act one. Act two is PMs, designers and ops shipping high quality PRs on the real codebase, even across multiple repos, with engineering in control of every merge. Today, we're launching Sazabi version 1.0. The reality of shipping software as a team in the age of AI is actually crazy. Agents merging their own PRs. Hundreds of deployments per day. A codebase that is constantly changing. Junior developers with 10x or 100x leverage. 😵‍💫 I spent the last year building a safety harness for teams that ship with AI. It's called @sazabi. The premise is simple: 1. You send us logs. 2. We detect anomalies, investigate them, and send you back rich, actionable alerts about real problems in your app. Sazabi helps you find issues before your users notice. No monitors or noisy alerts. Just pure signal. And today we're making it available for anyone to use.

Meet Pancake, the Vercel for GTM. Try it at pancake.ai Your agent ships your product. Now it ships your go-to-market. How? A GTM brain that knows your business, 50+ data providers to find the right customers and tools to reach them. Your next customers are one prompt away. (did I really have to jump off a plane to say that? questionable, but I survived and now you're reading my tweet)

Proactive agents (AI feeding you information vs the opposite) unlock so many more use cases and AI adoption, totally with @nicbstme on this.
One of my more controversial bets: the AI feed will be the form factor of 2027! Most people don’t know what to prompt, and they won’t prompt their way into complicated agentic workflows. With chat, we ask users for digital labor: figure out what AI can do, explain the task, provide the context, repeat. That’s a lot to ask if we want billions of people using agents every day. Meanwhile, people already spend hours in feeds. Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn. They know how to scroll, discover something useful, and act on it. An intelligent system that knows you should bring you the next useful action. Here’s the email you need to answer, already drafted. Here are the latest sales numbers, with an update ready to send to your team. You approve, edit, dismiss, or jump into chat to go deeper. That’s how people will discover what agents can do, without having to invent a prompt first. And you can put ads in a feed, one of the biggest business models on the internet. A system that understands your plans can recommend a relevant restaurant, product, or service, clearly labeled as sponsored. You get a reason to come back every day, useful work ready to approve, and a business model to fund the agents doing it.

Today, I’m excited to share we’ve raised an additional $12.8M at a $500M valuation. Muse, Instinct, Grokbot, Dots, etc are great for consumers, but businesses need more if they want to delegate real responsibilities to AI. @TaskletAI is built with collaboration, automation, security, and control at its core, and our model-agnostic harness & cloud infrastructure gives you the best value for every AI dollar you spend. Investors in the round include @usv, @359Capital, @salil, @RakeshAgrawal, $RVI, @patrickc and others.
