Yesterday morning in Wellington. Car with diplomatic plates drives down Boulcott Street, parks over dashed yellow lines, puts hazard lights on and driver goes shopping on the other side of the road.
Amazing how diplomatic plateholders and diplomats keep getting away with breaking laws and regulations in their host countries.
Arguably this is a very low-level case, but the typical "one law for them" vs "another law for the rest of us" situation.

I totally missed until yesterday that the Wellington regional council now wants to introduce having to pay for park and ride car parks while claiming it's not for revenue generation.
How much more stupid ideas can "politicians" come up with?

TikTok horse girl who competes in "hobbyhorsing" is slamming critics who tell her that riding a fake horse is not a real sport.
This may be the funniest thing I've seen all month.
The wood stick horse rider posted a video of herself panting and hyperventilating after performing her "dressage routine."
"'Hobbyhorsing is not a sport, it’s easy and everyone can do that' Oh yeah?" the girl said on
"This is me after my dressage routine… I was passing out, couldn’t breathe, almost throwing up, dizzy, shaking, whole body burning in pain."

This is a perfect medical sector example how New Zealanders are being ripped off by distributors clipping tickets along the way without adding any value.

Funny that we close pretty much everything and dictate what you can or can’t buy for the day, based on around 37% of the population claiming it’s a religious day for them. Wonder how many have snuck off to Mitre 10 or McDonalds?
