I’m about to show you exactly why mainstream media has a credibility problem. News organizations are reporting that the family of Chief Two Guns White Calf wants the Redskins name and logo restored. But here’s what they failed to investigate: a 2024 lawsuit Kenneth Conway filed against the NFL. This lawsuit that mainstream media refused to ask Conway about, raises serious issues about the motives behind this sudden publicity campaign and whether the real objective is restoring a legacy or extracting money from the NFL. And at the center of this controversy is attorney Denise Rosado, an admittedly fired former FCC employee who is now running for D.C. delegate to Congress. Mainstream media overlooks important stories while publishing sensational headlines without doing the most basic due diligence. Then they wonder why the public no longer trusts them and their industry continues to struggle. Here’s an idea: Maybe newsrooms should start operating more like law firms, where evidence matters, claims must be substantiated, and getting the facts wrong has consequences. Because right now, some of these newsrooms have the investigative standards of a high school gossip column and the audacity to call it journalism.

10/30/26 — ATTENTION DOJ & DOL: For those of you at the Department of Justice and Department of Labor, I now have documentary evidence indicating that SAG-AFTRA is pressuring individuals within the union to communicate through Signal, an encrypted messaging app with a disappearing-messages feature. Depending on the content of these communications, particularly if they involve union finances, executive leadership contract negotiations, or other records subject to federal retention requirements, the deletion of such messages could constitute a violation of Title 29, U.S.C. § 436, under the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA). The question now is whether these communications are being preserved as required by federal law.

10/29/26 - SAG-AFTRA Investigation Update: Disappearing Messages, Unreturned Security Deposits & Residual Payment Concerns New concerns are emerging from sources within SAG-AFTRA regarding executive leadership’s reported use of Signal, an encrypted messaging application that allows messages to automatically disappear. Depending on the nature of those communications and whether required records are preserved elsewhere, this could raise questions under Title 29 U.S.C. §§ 436 and 501, governing union recordkeeping and fiduciary responsibilities. Willful destruction of legally required records can carry criminal penalties under 29 U.S.C. § 439(c). Meanwhile, additional producers and filmmakers have come forward alleging that SAG-AFTRA has withheld production security deposits for as long as seven years. Emails shared with me also raise questions about the union’s attempts to convert deposits into residual reserves despite productions having no signed distribution agreements. And now, growing concerns about residual payments. Performers are reporting smaller or missing residual payments, while internal sources describe outdated technology and separate systems requiring manual reconciliation to calculate and process payments. Sources allege that leadership has been repeatedly warned about these deficiencies without implementing necessary upgrades. I plan to bring these concerns to congressional offices when I return to Capitol Hill and help affected industry professionals identify appropriate contacts.
