I was watching a high school game with a coach from a P4 school. He was recruiting a great receiver. The QB threw a pick and the receiver didn’t even try to make a tackle. He jogged a few steps then stopped. The P4 coach said, “that’s all I need to see.” Don’t let a lack of effort get you taken off the board.

His Recruiting Should Be Taking Off about NOW. Plays The Best & Performs against the Best. Had a DAWG Offseason at @C4SportOklahoma & it’s showing. Dad was 10.2 100m College Sprinter Trust the Bloodline.

After high school I went to Australia and played football for an Oklahoma All Star team. It was a trip of a lifetime!! Now 30 years later I get to go back but this time as the Head Coach of the Oklahoma team! I am also a national recruiter for the Down Under Bowl!
The problem is, you love the results but don’t love the process. When it’s the process that gives you the results. Fall in love with the process and you’ll get the results you desire!!
We are on the right track! Great things happen when you coach them hard and love them up!!! The growth we witnessed yesterday was amazing! Extremely proud of these young men!!!
