Exactly!!
Houston HC Kelvin Sampson - Why Coaches Fail
- "I think the coaches that fail at every level, are the coaches that are passive aggressive. Passing aggressive coaches are usually afraid to hold kids accountable, they rationalize."
- "If you're going to build a culture, the first thing you have to come to grips with, you're going to have confrontation."
- Consistency
- Competence
- Confidence

Here’s what people don’t understand. This is not just a dollars and cents discussion for the individual. This is an access to care discussion.
Your disability percentage directly correlates to your compensation AND what care you will be provided. This is a huge deal.

VA's 2025 Suicide Report unmasks the scam: Pain drives 52.3% of suicides in VHA care—dwarfing prior attempts (21.5%). But pain complaints get censored & 🚩as "disruptive" via secret disruptive behavior committees, driving abandonment.

So it took a good portion of the week to “correct” this by calling fake news? Yet every veterans group has come out against this to raise all the red flags? Now you are just making up excuses to deflect this bad decision and how you are cool with throwing vets under the bus.
