Yesterday, I successfully defended my PhD thesis titled "The development of a novel, Pre-deployment Resilience building programme for Irish Defence Forces Personnel". A great challenge but an enjoyable one none the less.

So the IRFU have made Jack Crowley rest tonight for Munster against Leinster where he would be coming up against Sam Pendergast, the man who took the Ireland 10 jersey off him?! Work that one out, it absolutely stinks

It doesn’t matter how old and worldly I become: if I’m left alone, as I have been tonight, I will watch a war film and have a Chinese take-away. It’s the rules.

What he doesn’t write is that very recently he helped me whilst I was struggling Turned up at my house. Supported me recovering. He just helped me when I needed it. I’m so grateful No guarantees of a vote though. I expect him to deliver for all

Wishing for a miracle. Would appreciate a RT and any advice. Last night at midnight myself & Orla got a Dublin Taxi from Baggot St. We had the engagement ring only two days. We left it in the back of the taxi. Absolutely devastated. We got the taxi on the road and paid cash. – at South Dublin, Ireland
