Rozwiązanie konfliktu jest proste i możliwe bez zmian w Konstytucji. Prezydent uznaje legalnie wybranych przez Sejm sędziów, bo tak stanowi Konstytucja, a oni podejmują swoje obowiązki w Trybunale.
