Here's a report on the Canadian government's reply to a lawsuit by a group of incarcerated women in which the government acknowledges dozens of accusations of sexual assault by male convicts (including rapists and murderers) who have been moved into women's prisons in order to affirm their claims to be women.
The government says that while they regret the rapes inflicted on women locked in cages with male rapists and murderers, these problems must weighed against the human rights of the male rapists and murderers to be recognized as women because the male rapists and murderers claim to be women.
Just one random of instance of that which you have been afforded the "staggering privilege" to rally around.

The gender ideologues can’t have it both ways anymore. They say trans, gender fluid, or non-binary status is perfectly natural and healthy and can never be called a mental illness, yet simultaneously demand government benefits and protections by calling it a full on disability if you feel “gender distress.”
Great work @HHSOCR for ending the hypocrisy and following the law.
HHS Final Rule Amends Section 504 Regulations to Codify Statutory Exclusions from the Definition of Disability. The rule clarifies that gender dysphoria not resulting from physical impairments is excluded under the Rehabilitation Act.
It is consistent with the Trump Administration’s commitment to combatting gender ideology extremism by using clear and accurate policies that recognize biological truth.

A confused college student tells Joshua Haymes she’s a man, and she doesn’t care if he wants to identify as a cat.
Then Haymes asks if he can identify as black, and her reasoning hits a brick wall fast.
HAYMES: “Why can you change your gender but I can’t change my race?”
[long awkward silence]
STUDENT: “Um, because race is a like, is a thing that is like, a physical characteristic, right?”
“That is something that like, you’re born into. And you could say, yeah, you’re born into sex. You’re born into gender ... But at some point when I was growing up, I started to get uncomfortable being a woman, and being a man was more comfortable for me.”
HAYMES: “Jay, I appreciate you giving me your experience. And what I would say is that, why can’t I have that same experience with race?”
“So, like if I said, ‘I have never really identified with white culture. I always listen to 50 Cent and Jay-Z and I really don’t feel like I’m a white person.’
“Um, why can’t I be black?”
Her silence lasted longer than her argument.

The surgeon who cut off Fox Varian's breasts mentioned "gender dysphoria" 107 times in his deposition and stated that this diagnosis was a hard requisite for the surgery he peformed.
And yet, Dr. Chin's notes on Ms. Varian's medical records produced in the trial do not include a single mention of the gender dysphoria diagnosis. Instead, he testified that he submitted records to her Medicaid insurance plan billing it as a breast removal for "breast hypertrophy" - a rare condition of having painfully large breasts, usually at least 3% of the patient's bodyweight.
His clinical notes include the observation that Fox had "B cup" sized breasts.
This article by Dr. Eithan Haim, with which I assisted, looks at the extensive set of medical records that was made available in the Fox Varian malpractice trial. I'm grateful to Eithan for his unflagging dedication to shining light on what is happening in this nation's gender clinics.

Transgender's Connection with Pornography: It's Undeniable,
“And the trans identity is not something that child determines on her own. Rather, it is carefully manufactured and cultivated on the internet and in peer groups, like a tended-to plant.”

A man dressed in a pink mini-skirt and over-the-knee stockings to pick up children in a schoolbus on whose windshield he had placed a placard reading "Lolita Line," a reference to a novel about a man who travels the United States raping his step-daughter. Parents captured him on video. The school dismissed him for inappropriate behavior.
He has now filed a claim that his human rights were violated by the school district that fired him with the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, which granted his request to keep his name secret.
The decision states that the man who made the request because "she is a transgender woman," and because the events "have garnered negative media attention."
"The applicant has faced threats to her safety and discriminatory labels due to transphobic stereotypes."
"Transphobic stereotypes" that a man claiming to be a woman might reference a notorious child rape novel while dressing as a schoolgirl and picking up children in a schoolbus? Is that a "stereotype" or is that what the man was caught on video doing? Is that not the fact from which stereotypes are derived?
The Ontario Human Rights Tribunal honors the gender identity of the male sex fetishist by using his preferred pronouns, once again underscoring the fact that there is no distinction between an "actual transsexual" and a man with an autopedophilic and exhibitionistic sex fetish who yearns to involve schoolchildren in his paraphilia in law.

Opposition claims Proposition 133 "may result in punishing victims." Read the actual law. 📄⚖️
Colorado Revised Statute 18-3-504(2.5) already establishes that being forced or coerced into trafficking is a full affirmative defense.
Prop 133 doesn't change a single word of that protection.
What it DOES change: Anyone who knowingly buys or sells a child for sex faces LIFE IN PRISON WITHOUT PAROLE.
Don't let misinformation hide the truth!

Portland Public Schools rescinded its trespass order against an Oregon mother over her opposition to the district's gender curriculum, according to a legal group representing the parent.
Allison Roberts was barred from school events — including her own child's graduation — after she distributed an open letter opposing an "identity flower" assignment that asked 11-year-olds to discuss their gender identity with classmates and teachers.
The district agreed to lift the ban, exempt her children from LGBTQ2SIA+ curriculum, and review its anti-harassment policy after a federal judge weighed in on the case.

If you ever wonder why trans is so widely accepted, look at the markets that it creates. Trans is a purchased identity, and requires hundreds of services to achieve.
In the trans world, everyone gets a little slice of the pie as long as they go along with the lie that gender can be selected like a new pair of pants.

When my daughter was born she was immediately diagnosed with CAH, a rare hormonal disorder. This prompted us to test our son, who had it too. They both have the virilizing form, which meant their bodies were making too many male hormones.
My son was beginning to show signs of entering puberty at age six. Our only option was puberty blockers, Lupron, big nasty shots, everyday, for nearly 8 years.
Before we began they sat us down for half an hour and explained why, even though this was his best option at a normal life, there were lots of possible side effects and negative outcomes, including kidney failure, physical and neurological developmental problems and a host of others. No one once said it was easy or just a "pause" on puberty. Instead they stressed the seriousness of the treatment. I am happy to say they are both healthy adults today.
So when I started hearing people describe puberty blockers as simple, or just a pause, or easily reversible, with no serious side effects, I knew immediately that was false. How could they get away with saying that, even in the press? Well, when a drug is declared "safe" by the FDA it can be used for any off label purpose. Even though the seriousness of the treatment was known for people with prostate cancer and conditions like my kids had, there simply were no studies at the time for the express purpose of transition. This gave them the fig leaf to say that it was "safe" when every reputable person knew that was false.
So I have known for a long time that the entire trans craze was built on falsehoods.

Children deserve protection, not irreversible medical procedures before they turn 18.
We introduced the Gender-Affirming Child Abuse Prevention Act to give victims of gender-related medical procedures performed as minors their day in court.
Our bill creates a federal right to sue any person who performed or provided gender-related medical treatment on a minor, including puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, or irreversible surgeries.
Victims can recover their actual damages or $250,000 for each procedure performed on them as a minor, plus attorney's fees.
If a child cannot vote, drink alcohol, enlist in our military, or purchase a lottery ticket, how is it okay for them to undergo irreversible, life altering mutilation? It isn't.
There is no such thing as a tr*ns kid. There are only mentally ill adults who groom children into thinking they are anything other than who God made them to be.

The African practice of breast flattening is superior to the Western version in one sense: at least they’re being honest about why they’re doing it (to help pubertal girls escape sexualisation). That makes it easier to challenge. Binding your daughter’s emerging breasts because you’ve been tricked into thinking some boys are born in the incorrect body, an utterly insane idea that has been drowned in 2 decades of human rights language by psychopaths— there are layers of derangement involved in that which will probably be harder to undo than simply criminalising the rape of children.
Replying to @RoisinMichaux
Ironically and peversely ' breast binding' is promoted by the gender ideology sector for young girls, in the West, where growing female breasts are presented as inherently unnatural and something to be repressed
