Do we think they intentionally inverted the Vietnam symbolism George Lucas incorporated into the original trilogy by having the New Republic do napalm strikes or did they just mindlessly crib visuals from APOCALYPSE NOW without realizing what it implied

Thrawn looks SO much better. I remember complaining about the wig and simpler epaulettes in S1, got a lot of pushback. Lo and behold, we have more detailed epaulettes, an all-new costume with update makeup and hair. They stuck with the overall S1 look, with refined details.

got bored and designed vinyl mockups for the rebels soundtracks and now i desperately need these to exist

Fan-made mockup image featuring four vinyl soundtrack releases for Star Wars Rebels arranged in a 2x2 grid on a black background. Each square displays a season soundtrack cover alongside a partially visible colored vinyl record matching the artwork’s palette.

despite all the menacing aura they give embo in TM&G, I like that they kept the detail of him flying a spaceship shaped like his face and hat. very important.
