Assuming I left my car at a mechanic’s workshop for repairs and went home. My neighbour noticed I was going out without my car and asked about it. I explained that it was with the mechanic and that I planned to pick it up that evening after work. On getting to work, I saw the news that the mechanic was missing. I turned to the person beside me and said, “Lord, have mercy! I was just telling my neighbour that I would be going to pick up my car from his workshop this evening. God, please keep him safe.” If you can read properly and think sensibly, you’ll understand that there’s absolutely nothing wrong with this post. But no, hatred has blinded your judgment. Besides, she said she paid N180k for the furniture, yet many of you are claiming it was for free. Just because you dislike someone doesn’t mean you have to force everyone else to dislike that person too.

Governor Mbah was today endorsed for re-election in 2027 by a large crowd of non-indigenes resident in Enugu State. The Nwanne Di Na Peter Mbah rally rekindled Enugu’s rich history as a cosmopolitan city and a welcoming home to people of all ethnicities, regions and religions. In the past 7 days alone, Governor Mbah has directly engaged with more than 100,000 good people and residents of our state at different events. And he is yet to formally commence his campaign! It is becoming more and more evident that the entire Enugu State, North, East and West, are Mbah’s electoral strongholds. The APC is firmly on the ground, as demonstrated by its emphatic, more than 80% victory in the Enugu North Senatorial District by-election, and the recent local government elections, where it cleared all 17 chairmanship and 260 councillorship seats. The rest of the parties remain in disarray, with factions at war against each other, unable to win even a single seat. And yet they boast of a magical electoral victory in 2027. Pure delusion! One of them has even copied our popular “Party Ųmų Nwanne” song!

Chris Rock says men don’t date younger women because they’re younger, they do it because they’re CHEAPER to date💀 Chris explains that if you take a 25-year-old woman out, all she wants is a pair of shoes. And if you’re lucky, she might even model them for you naked. Everybody wins, and all it cost you was a pair of shoes. But take a 45, 50-year-old woman out, and suddenly she’s asking you to help fix her roof. 😂 all.
Chris Rock says he’s too rich and too fit to be chasing women his own age. He says he’s looking to date women 10–15 years younger than him, adding, “Don’t hate the player, hate the game.” He also made it clear he didn’t get rich and stay in shape just to talk about Anita Baker—he’s trying to fuck Doja Cat.

RE: SENATOR ROCHAS OKOROCHA’S REMARKS ON PETER OBI’S SINGLE-TERM COVENANT We have reviewed Senator Rochas Okorocha’s comments on Channels Television’s Politics Today. We accept his description of Peter Obi as “a fantastic gentleman; clear in his head.” On the claim that a single term is “a four-year gambling,” we respectfully disagree. Section 135(2) of the 1999 Constitution provides that a President shall leave office after four years and may seek a further four years. In law, “may” is permissive, not mandatory. A single term is therefore constitutional. It is not a gamble. Nigeria already tested an eight-year tenure between 2015 and 2023. The result was rising inflation, a weakened naira, soaring public debt, widespread poverty, and insecurity across the country. That is the real balance sheet of prolonged tenure without performance. Peter Obi’s offer is a performance bond, not a gamble. He has pledged to serve one term, to be judged strictly by results, and to hand over power in 2031 in recognition that it is the turn of the North. This is sacrifice for national stability. Leadership is measured by impact, not duration. Nigeria’s problem has never been insufficient time. It has been the repeated failure to use time well. Mr. Obi proposes to reverse that culture: one term dedicated entirely to delivery. When a man entitled to eight years voluntarily chooses four and invites the nation to judge him by results, he is not gambling. He is sacrificing. This is not a gamble. It is a rescue mission with a deadline. Signed, Mallam Ibrahim Hussain Abdulkarim Director-General National Campaign Council Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) #VoteNDC #NigeriaWillBeOK

So we spent N15 trillion (with a T) for a shortcut from Ibeju-Lekki to VI? Do you guys know what N15 trillion (with a T) is That’s more than Tomy Elumelu and Otedola’s wealth put together for a shortcut from Ibeju Lekki to VI
Not going to lie! The Coastal Road is a lifesaver for most of us that Lekki Road has thrown us into depression with heavy traffic! For the past 4 days I had a shoot at Ibeju Lekki and I just linked up with the Coastal Road from VI, and a journey that normally takes 2–3–4 hours depending on the Devilish traffic takes me 30-40minutes Max! Straight road! 0 traffic! That’s one of the few positive things about this Government! Nonsense!

I never met him face to face but I read a lot about him. I knew his younger brother because we sold cars together many years ago. I still remember how sad I felt when the breaking news on TV announced his death. That man was Chima Ubani. A die hard apostle of good governance, fighting bad governance to his last day. Here is what I know about him and what I found out more. Comrade Chima Enyinnaya Ubani was born in 1964 to a clergyman family from Obingwa in Abia State. He started his activism early, at the University of Nigeria Nsukka, where he studied Crop Science and graduated as the best student in his set. He became General Secretary of the Students Union at UNN and a leader in the national students movement. That was where trouble started with the military government. He was jailed when the government cracked down on students after the Ahmadu Bello University massacre of May 25, 1986. Amnesty International later declared him a prisoner of conscience and he was released after international pressure. After school he joined the Civil Liberties Organisation in 1990 as a researcher and never left. He rose to become Executive Director of the CLO in 2003. He also served as General Secretary of the Campaign for Democracy under Dr Beko Ransome Kuti, Joint Secretary of the United Action for Democracy, and General Secretary of the Democratic Alternative. He was always at the front of the fight for the revalidation of the June 12 1993 election won by MKO Abiola. He also initiated the 5-million-man march that stood against the one-million-man march planned for General Sani Abacha in 1998. Because of this, the state never left him alone. His home and office were raided in 1994 and a report he co-authored on women and children in Nigerian prisons was seized. He was arrested again, jailed in 1995, and adopted as a prisoner of conscience by Amnesty International before he regained freedom in 1996. He was harassed, detained and followed many times, but each time he came out he returned to the struggle, calm and polite but unbroken. What led to his death was a protest. On September 20, 2005, he traveled to Maiduguri for a nationwide rally against the fuel price hike under the Obasanjo government, organized by the Labour and Civil Society Coalition. He was on his way from that rally in Maiduguri to another one in Yola the next day. He had the chance to fly with the then NLC President Adams Oshiomhole, but he gave up the air seat and chose road. On September 21, 2005, along the Potiskum road in Yobe State, the jeep he was in had a tyre blow-out and somersaulted several times. He died in that crash at 42 years old, alongside Vanguard photo editor Tunji Oyeleru. The official report called it an auto crash. But many in the civil society community, including a CLO independent report in 2007, called it suspicious and a perfect killing, because he died in the middle of that fuel subsidy fight. He left a young wife and children. He died in active service, fighting for the ordinary Nigerian.

“This Is Not Journalism” — Heated Moment Between Senator Adams Oshiomhole and Rufai Oseni Rufai: “The person said the reason President Tinubu is not going to campaign in all the states is because he wants to focus on governance. But today, he is away in Saudi Arabia for a religious exercise and away from governance. What is the cost-benefit analysis of what the APC government has done so far?” Oshiomhole: “Rufai, this is not journalism. I'm very ready for you today. I'm not going to allow you to continue with this tradition of trying to speak to yourself and answer yourself. You ask three questions, and I will reply to them. You have no right to interrupt when I'm replying.”

As my media studies professor said in 2010, if one side says "It's raining" and the other side says "No it's not", a journalist's job is not to report what 'both sides' said. His job is to stick his head out of the fucking window, find out the real situation and inform the audience!

I had a conversation with a female colleague just a week ago about men's inconsistencies. I told her something simple. Usually, women are busy vetting men during talking stage like interviewers on a panel, thinking it's only the men who should prove himself (but to who?), not knowing men are also vetting them, simultaneously. While busy vetting him, scoring him of, course because women don't entertain talking stages with people they've no interest in, on his side you may be failing and once he's dissatisfied, he just closes his tab and move. It shocks women a lot because they expect men to implement rejection similarly. A woman rejects you immediately if you don't meet a certain standard, or entertains you if you do then ticks ON whatever you prove. She'd eventually take you if no man she seems better comes in the picture. A man on the other side immediately puts you on a pedestal with boxes ticked, and he ticks OFF your shortcomings. The moment you go below a certain score, he packs up and just moves. This can happen before or after sex, and translates to women as inconsistencies. 💀 Women make the conversation about the man "to know him". In the process men silently scout from the dialogue for whatever information they want to know about the woman. Everything sounds logical, just that women are usually unaware of the level to which they're being scouted.
Some men are just ruthless when they want to deal with you😭😂 This Babe’s talking stage ghosted her out of the blues. Whereas 3days prior she was on a call with him, and mentioned she needed to go buy water. He told her not to worry and immediately ordered 20 packs of water for her😂 She almost didn’t have a space to store them, and even gave some out. The guy said it was nothing because he doesn’t want his “wife to be” being stressed😂 He was present like maddd! And she was already falling in love, and up he went. No issues, not fights, outright disappearance, and oh, he has been reading her messages and not replying😂

As a dumb moron that you are, you know he’s referring to the monies failures who resorted to politics steal and misappropriate. Why the heck am I explaining anything to Keyamo the failed SAN? If you know law and lady justice, they would have sent you to Justice Ministry.
This dumbness is beyond measure. I really don’t know whether to laugh or to cry. No wonder his approval ratings have plummeted so badly. Nigeria did not just dodge a bullet; it ducked a massive howitzer!
