Two words: concentration risk
Beta Technologies, Vermont’s homegrown electric airplane company, has spent about $22.6 million snatching up at least 13 properties around its base of operations at the Burlington International Airport over the past year. And this summer, the company announced a plan that would more than double its footprint in that part of South Burlington, to 100 acres, over the next decade.
If this master plan is green-lit by the city’s Development Review Board, the company would begin renovating some buildings, tearing down others and constructing new ones. What’s emerging in this eastern section of South Burlington along Route 2 could effectively be called “Betaville.”
Fueling the massive expansion is the $1 billion the company raised by going public last November. Founder and CEO Kyle Clark said Beta will double its local workforce, adding about 1,000 employees by the middle of next year as it competes to bring its innovative electric aircraft to market. buff.ly/PzSpBaT

Truly a masterclass in writing complex relationships. Online discourse tries to flatten it, but IMHO its a story of a bunch of people who really love each other and mostly have no idea HOW to do that in a way that actually honors who the person they love is. And isn’t that real??

“I don’t know if it works but psychologically I need it” I say as I grab another bag of cider donuts
Trump: "I take an aspirin a day. I don't know if it works but psychologically I need it. It thins the hell out of your blood I guess. I don't know if it works or not but I've been doing it for a long time. And here I am making speeches. I like Bayer aspirin. And I take the big one. They want me to go down to the 80. I take the 386. I don't know what the hell it is. It's a monster. They said, 'Sir, you don't need that!' I said, do me a favor, I've been doing okay for 35 years. Leave me alone."

We've reached more 18-29 and non-college voters in our poll today and this is looking more like a Tilt R/Toss-Up race than Lean R. Final results will be slightly different but pretty similar, out Tuesday AM. VT-GOV is definitely competitive.

Replying to @ChazNuttycombe
We're gettin' 18-29s in now, gone up by ~2.5% in our raw sample so far. Education isn't really changing much, but 18-29 was our main problem. Scott's lead has now, as expected, gone down, up 4.7% currently.
