FINAL: Arkansas beats Memphis 93-81
Five Razorbacks in double figures tonight, led by Billy Richmond and Jordan Smith Jr., who had 17 points each. The Hogs close out exhibition play 2-0 and will open the season next Tuesday against UAPB #WPS
2H 7:55 - Arkansas leads Memphis 81-62
Miikka got the Bud Walton crowd back on its feet after missing an and-1 free throw. He dove on the floor for the loose rebound to force a jumpball, then scored in the paint on the ensuing possession to make it a 6-0 run for the Hogs #WPS
I will not overreact to two exhibition games.

They're calling the Hogs in Bud Walton Arena! Another 7-0 run from Arkansas puts them up by 21 with 15:24 to go, 65-44. Relentless defensive pressure leading to easy buckets at the offensive end. Jordan Smith has 9 already since halftime. Billy Richmond has 6 of his own. #WPS
HALF: Arkansas leads Memphis 48-34
Another game, another big run from the Hogs to close the half. Sparked by Richmond's huge stepback three, they went on a 9-0 spurt to get back up double-digits. Billy leads Arkansas with 11 points on 4 of 4 FG (2 of 2 3PT) #WPS
Billlyyyy STAHP IT. He just drilled a stepback three to put the Hogs back up double-digits. His improved 3-point shot looks legit so far through two exhibition games
1H 11:29 - Arkansas leads Memphis 18-15
Really fun pace so far with this one. Both teams being really physical at the defensive end. Some really good stuff from Davion Thompson and Maper Maker there #WPS
Timeout Memphis! Hogs on an 8-0 run after trailing 7-5. Jordan Smith Jr.'s fingerprints all over that spurt. Forced a turnover, Bowser found him on a cut for the easy-two hand slam and then he swatted Popovic's layup attempt. #WPS

A Baton Rouge judge has granted RJ Luis an injunction to be temporarily eligible for LSU.
The Tigers open the 2026-27 season on Tuesday at home against LSU New Orleans.
RJ Luis is temporarily eligible to suit up for Will Wade and LSU basketball without any repercussions from the SEC.
Spoke to Luis' attorney about how this happened, their legal plans, etc.
"LSU may be intimidated by ‘Kim Jong’ Sankey, but we're not."

One of the first major 2027 recruiting dominoes involving #Arkansas is expected to fall on Oct. 30 when Demarcus Henry announces his decision. Here's where things stand with the Hogs + updates on other targets in the cycle #WPS (VIP): 247sports.com/college/arkans…
