Barack Obama is screaming mad after the 14th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the lower court's ruling that he had to return $30 million he made from "royalties associated with Obamacare."
"The use of the President's name cannot, by law, earn him a profit," wrote the court, "It directly violates the Emoluments Clause."
Obama has 30 days to return the money, plus interest, or the court will submit a referral to the Justice Department.

Muslim migrant spits at Christians who were peacefully praying in the street. He thought he was in his homeland and could attack Christians.
Unfortunately for him, he messed with the wrong Christians and it didn’t end well.
More Christians need to start standing up like this.

APPEALS COURT REINSTATES $7.2M FRAUDSTER’S GUILTY VERDICTS AFTER ACTIVIST JUDGE TOSSED THEM
A Hennepin County jury convicted Abdifatah Abdulkadir Yusuf in August 2025 on six counts of Medicaid theft by swindle for running a sham company that billed more than $7.2 million.
Three months later, Judge Sarah West threw the entire verdict out.
The jury foreperson was stunned: “I’m shocked based on all the evidence that was presented to us and the obvious guilt we saw. It was not a difficult decision whatsoever.”
On Monday, a unanimous three-judge panel on the Minnesota Court of Appeals sided with the jury. The panel found Yusuf ran Promise Health Services, signed the checks, set up payroll, and personally pocketed more than $1 million — while the company’s only known address was a mailbox.
All six guilty verdicts were ordered reinstated.
State Rep. Kristin Robbins called West’s ruling “stunning” and is pushing to tighten state law so one judge can’t undo a jury like this again. AG Keith Ellison’s office fought the appeal and called restoring the verdicts imperative.
The case now returns to Hennepin County District Court for sentencing — the outcome a jury already reached over a year ago.
A jury convicted him. A higher court just overruled the judge who freed him.

Love the weather these days. We could use some rain though. Tried digging a new flower bed yesterday and it’s like concrete almost.

175 Democrats have selective memory when it comes to criminal investigations of politicians. @HouseDemocrats you conveniently forgot what you did to Trump in the 2020 elections and the 2024 elections - So STFU

BREAKING: A Spanish left-wing activist who took a North African migrant into her home has now lost control of it.
Estíbaliz Kortazar, from Basauri, rented a room to the man out of solidarity. After the arrangement began, she says he sexually harassed her, repeatedly insulted her (calling her "puta" and "perra sucia"), watched pornography in shared spaces, stopped paying rent, and refused to leave when asked.
When she called the police, officers told her they could do nothing without a court eviction order. The man effectively took over the small apartment. Kortazar eventually fled her own home out of fear, is staying with relatives, and is receiving psychological treatment after a nervous breakdown.
She has launched a petition demanding faster legal processes so she can regain her property.
