President Trump, in a new Truth Social post, urged companies that build data centers to pay a "dividend" to people in the local community.
The President wrote that developers of massive data centers powering America's artificial intelligence boom should negotiate financial agreements with local residents to win support for projects that have generated concerns about electricity costs and other issues.
