Grown men who make insulting comments to women, simply because they express opposing opinions, are petty and lose ALL credibility. Speak like an adult. Mr. Baker is smart and he’s very aware that grainy video without a date/timestamp and proper chain of custody, will never be entered into evidence because the integrity of the data will be challenged. And for those that say this is government suppression, it works both ways. If the government tried to enter something into evidence without concrete proof of its’ origination and legitimacy, the judge would never allow it to be entered as evidence. Hence, the need for the emphasis on “trying the case in the court of public opinion.” Based on what I’ve seen, it appears they believe if they sway enough people and create just enough doubt, they will win the battle of narratives. No matter the actual truth. We’re seeing the same thing in the Tyler Robinson case. Podcasters, pseudo journalists and disgruntled former government employees banding together to take down the government that “scorned them” by delegitimizing investigations. I believe in the Rule of Law and that everyone’s innocent until proven guilty. I believe in the Sixth Amendment and that Mr. Cole should be guaranteed those rights. Attempting to influence potential jurors (jury) is a violation of federal law and there are appropriate state/federal regulations that apply to such influence. I would suggest that everyone use discernment and stop listening to those that profit on exaggerations or hyperbole. And ask yourself, who benefits from all of this? God gave us free will to think and make our own judgements. Use it. You too 🧄.
