One of the cooler under the hood insights I’ve heard from a head coach at a postgame presser. We talk about the data teams have access to that we don’t. This is a great example of the level of detail that goes into setting a rotation and allocating minutes.

Another excellent roster decision by Leon Rose.

Love to see Jalen hooping early… gotta be one of his best quarters of the year.

Jalen Brunson is cooking early. 16 pts in the first 9 minutes on 6/8 shooting for the Captain...

Knicks get back in the win column at the Garden vs. BK. Shamet led the way with 22. JB added 19, OG had 18 with 9 key 4th-quarter pts. KAT was scoreless in the 1st half but finished with an 11/15/5 double-double. Defense excellent again: BK shot 38%, 13 TOs, 90 pts, 11 in 4th.

Instant impact for Tyler Kolek.
nykcommenter (@knicksguru2) profile picturenykcommenter@knicksguru2Nov 3
Tyler Kolek comes off the bench for the first time to start the 4th... Knicks have gone on a 11-2 run to start the quarter... They have also forced the Nets to use 2 timeouts in the opening 3:13 seconds of the 4th.

Congrats to Nolan McLean on winning the NL Gold Glove for pitchers. He fields his position as well as anyone and is a great athlete... well deserved.

The day after the World Series and this is what we're getting? That was 6 years ago. Different owner, different POBO, completely different organization. Write a real story… try some actual journalism for once.

Funny: Pat Murphy, not a tiny man, was given a middle seat for all 3 flights to NY for his Mets manager interviews Not as funny: The Mets seemed ready to name Murphy but changed their minds at the last minute and hired Carlos Beltran, who lasted zero games

One of the best plays of the postseason, and hardly anybody noticed because Jonny DeLuca made it look so easy! DeLuca's jump was 7.9 feet above average, which is elite. Statcast had it near 35% catch probability, TruMedia at 30%. Most MLB outfielders don't catch this ball because they can't get there in time. An outfielder with a weaker jump would have had to fully dive for it and could have been the play of the day!

Great response from Taylor Walls. You ask a World Series team if they needed a win “to show they belong,” you deserve exactly the answer you got.

COOPER PRATT GOES YARD IN THE 12TH Brewers lead 3-2 and are three outs away from winning the World Series. Pratt is 4-for-5 with two extra-base hits and what could be his second game-winning hit of the series. What a performance from the rookie.

Audible "boos" at Tropicana Field after Pat Murphy pointed to the BP after 7 up 7 down for Aaron Ashby... Senzatela coming in for the Brewers with 1 out in the bottom of the 11th... both pens are dealing late here in Florida.

Is Pat Murphy sending Aaron Ashby out for the 11th? He has got to right?

WHAT A TAG BY RICHIE PALACIOS Hicks gets it out quick but a bit off line, and Palacios keeps the tag on Pratt to give the Rays a chance to win their first #WorldSeries game in the bottom of the 9th.

Dominant third quarter from the Knicks, who finally started to look like the Knicks of old. New York outscored Detroit 37-13 in the period while keeping up the same defensive intensity they showed in the first half.
