Cyclone Murasu – Chennai Rainfall Quantum Raised as the cyclone is going to make landfall close to Nellore, Pa group read last line.

Cyclone Murasu is now expected to make landfall close to the Nellore–Kavali belt. This track means the system will have to come much closer to the Chennai coast before moving towards Nellore. Hence, Chennai is now firmly in the zone for heavy rainfall tomorrow.
North Chennai to Gummidipoondi areas are particularly likely to see intense rainfall. Coastal locations and places closer to the sea are likely to receive higher rainfall quantum.
What we are witnessing now are only the outer rainbands. Two rounds have already passed, and more spells will continue to move across the region with intermittent breaks.
The heaviest spells are expected tomorrow, from morning through evening, as Murasu moves much closer to the Chennai coast.
With the latest change in track, we can now raise the rainfall quantum. Most parts of Chennai have a good chance of crossing 100 mm. Some locations from North Chennai towards Gummidipoondi in Tiruvallur district could receive considerably higher rainfall even upto 150 mm rainfall.

This speech raises several serious questions.
❓If person X offered a bribe to the Minister @imrajmohan through @LoyolaMani , and Mr. Mani conveyed the offer to the Minister, Mr. Mani becomes a co-conspirator in law. It is Mr. Mani who offered the bribe on behalf of the original offender.
❓Offering a bribe is also an offence under PC Act. Why did neither the minister nor Mr. Mani (who holds a government position) give a complaint to the DVAC?
❓Why are Mr. Mani & Mr. Rajmohan still shielding the original offender?
Now that this is out in the open, shouldn’t the DVAC suo moto register a case and conduct PE?
If they don’t, there are enough grounds to demand a CBI probe.

In the final years of his life, Ernest Hemingway tried to convince friends and family that the FBI was following him, but they just told him he was paranoid.
In late 1960, he was admitted to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, where he received electroshock therapy. Even there, he refused to speak freely, convinced someone was listening.
In July 1961, Hemingway died by suicide at his home in Idaho.
Years after he died, the FBI released files showing that they had been monitoring him for the last 20 years of his life.

Hemingway's FBI file mainly covers his WWII Cuba intelligence work with scant later entries and was obtained via FOIA not proactively released; it does not confirm sustained active monitoring for his final 20 years.
