This is a giant issue with Battlefield V. 44% of the playerbase is sitting at max rank. No word on increasing the level cap, and even worse.. no word on retroactive CC earnings.
Level 50 takes ~ 30 hours. That means I, personally, have been playing for 100 hours without earning

NEWS: #Battlefield V will support four-man squads by default at launch, but DICE is also looking into having "other sizes squads for specific modes" of that's deemed necessary, David Sirland says. It doesn't constitute an obstacle.

DICE listened to feedback after #BattlefieldV Open Beta & changed the Weapon Upgrades system:
1⃣ - "Upgrades" renamed to "Specializations"
2⃣ - Each progression tree now makes you choose at every level, creating a trade-off scenario
3⃣ - Additional UI to explain each choice
