@HMRCcustomers Yours has to be the worst service I've ever experienced. I today received a vue due letter telling me that I owed nearly twice as much as I actually owe. So I try to contact you. I have been on your webchat over 100 times and no agents have EVER been available. 1/2
2/2 So I call you on the phone and eventually I'm told by your IVR that you are too busy to take my call and cut me off.
How is this helping business? You threaten to charge me too much, and then waste my time by making it impossible for me to contact you.
