It' that time of year... And I've started much too late.
My spirit animal... hahaha

well. Robby is a very tough design to get, but this is pretty cool: prodyn.ai/inside/robby/
Ever get buried in work when a weird time-zone is relevant? There are plenty of reasons an easy to switch world clock being on screen can be nice... New plugin. Get the time chip.

"When my soul turns to November and knocking strangers’ hats off starts to seem reasonable, I know it’s time for the sea. Some people need therapy. I need a large, unreasonable amount of water." (Ishmmael, Loomings, Moby Dick) This does capture it, I know the look well.
This entire ocean is a 61 KB HTML file.
Built with Claude Code + Opus 5.5 in about 30 minutes, according to its creator.
It runs in the browser using WebGPU: FFT waves, whitecaps, sun glitter, a physically based sunset sky with clouds, and a free-flying camera. No game engine or rendering library.
Claude rendered screenshots in headless Chrome, then had separate subagents critique them. The creator gave feedback along the way, mainly on the clouds.
The 61 KB build is minified and self-contained. Download it, open it in Chrome with WebGPU support, and explore with WASD.
“300+ agents” = a directory mixing projects and commercial services. 300 installed, tested, free workers? Not so much. Importantly, the article itself explains that limitation. Its qualifications are better than the promotional framing.
Graphify: real components, unjustified safety promises.
Star threshold & YC membership check out. Graphifyy is the package name, but: some real claims issues. Jev Guard’s security docs say it is not a sandbox and fails open by default. “Checks every action”= not supported. Etc.
I truly don't understand why nobody is using this setup
graphify, a tool that turns any folder into a knowledge graph your agent can query, just passed 126k stars on github and got into Y Combinator. people stopped asking ai questions. they're giving it a desk, a memory and a job.
you give Claude Code one folder, plug in your email, calendar and a browser, and it turns into an agent. it reads, remembers, acts, and checks itself before it does anything stupid.
doesn't matter if you're a founder, a marketer or a student, you need this
the full setup:
> create a folder called AGENT, open Claude Code inside it and add a CLAUDE.md with one rule: "save every decision, person and project to memory/"
> run npm install -g @googleworkspace/cli, then gws auth setup. now it reads your Gmail, Calendar and Drive
> run claude mcp add playwright npx @playwright/mcp@latest. it gets its own browser to open sites, fill forms and pull data for you
> run uv tool install graphifyy, then graphify install, then type /graphify .. everything in the folder becomes a knowledge graph it queries in seconds instead of digging file by file
> run npm i -g jev-guard, jev-guard key "...", jev-guard install claude. a tiny model called Jev scores every action before it runs. rm -rf gets blocked, a poisoned email gets flagged, for about 4 cents per 1,000 checks
> type /schedule and tell it "every morning at 7:30, send me what came in, what you drafted and what waits for my yes". from now on it works on a routine
15 minutes to set up, and you never start from a blank chat again.

72 seconds to produce about five seconds of video is not real-time. The README says 72 seconds warm, approximately 95 seconds on the first run, on a 24GB RTX 4090.
Keeping reference attention intact does not establish “100% character identity.”
Stop radically overselling.
From 𝟭𝟭 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 down to 𝟳𝟮 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘀.
A new ComfyUI node just cracked real-time speed for 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗠𝗮𝘅 𝗛𝟯 character video generation.
𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗳𝘆𝗨𝗜-𝗥𝗲𝗳𝟮𝗩𝗔-𝗩𝗦𝗔 achieves a massive 𝟵𝘅 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗽 using sparse attention DiT:
• 𝟳𝟮𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲: Full 5.16s video @ 24fps (124 frames, 1344×768)
• 𝟭𝟯.𝟱 𝗚𝗕 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗩𝗥𝗔𝗠: Down from ~22.5 GB (runs on 16GB GPUs)
• 𝟰-𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Euler/simple sampler with 75% video sparsity
• 𝗭𝗲𝗿𝗼 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗳𝘁: Reference tokens stay locked out of attention pruning to maintain 100% character identity
Benchmark comparison on RTX 4090: → Native Dense H3: ~650s (~11 min)
→ Video Delta Net (VDN): ~135s
→ Ref2VA VSA: ~72s

It's time to connect 🌐
connectors for hermes agent!
- launching today w/ 50+ connectors.
- available to everyone (no account needed!)
- link your nous portal account to auto-sync all connectors and settings.
- connect and alias multiple accounts.
- limit a connector based on read/write/destructive action.
- RBAC and policies for teams on nous portal.
coming soon:
- more connectors!
- bring your own MCPs and sync them.
- select tool access during authentication.
I can't actually stop playing with that system. It's too fun.
Hermes can turn “explain how this works” into something you can actually PLAY with. 🤯🔥
Anatomy is now an official optional Hermes skill, and this thing is wild.
Describe a machine or a technical concept, and Hermes can build a detailed, interactive visual model. Move parts, change controls, and watch the readouts respond.
Think interactive explainers for your website, product demonstrations, or learning how a mechanism works by taking it apart on screen.
Check out this drone demo using Anatomy. Absolutely sick. 🔥

Though I'm not going to say "please fix" to one person (@thsottiaux) at @OpenAI - But I gotta say... I see it frequently to and I'm trying to get some really serious stuff done. I shake my fist in your general direction. hahahhaha damnit...
Codex has been completely broken the past couple of days with these reconnecting errors; pauses my work every hour or so making it impossible to do anything.
It's not just me either, plenty of people having the same issues.
@thsottiaux please fix.
