Delisted from stores. Studio shut down. Locked behind 30 FPS on the PS4 for over a decade.
Today, DRIVECLUB finally breaks out onto PC.
FitGirl just rolled out a standalone repack powered by the driveclub-recomp (v0.2.5) project. This runs native x86-64 code directly on PC hardware no emulator setup, no shader stutter headaches.
The breakdown:
โข Complete Edition: Updated to v1.28 with every single DLC pack pre-loaded
โข Hardware Unshackled: High refresh rates on the most jaw-dropping dynamic weather engine ever built
โข Insane Compression: Shrunk from 35.1 GB down to a 9 GB download
โข Zero Hassle: Lossless install, pre-patched launcher, and quick switching between US/EU builds
The greatest lighting and rain physics in racing history finally get the hardware power they deserved all along.
Sony wouldn't do it. So the community did.

The masterminds behind the PS5 madness. ๐๐
Put some respect on the team making it all happen for the PS5.
Countless hours dissecting PlayStation 5 system boundaries, proving the skeptics wrong, and turning theory into live execution.
Without this crew, the PS5 scene would still be stuck waiting at the front door. Massive respect to the real ones pushing the boundaries every single day. ๐ซก๐ฎ
Everyone assumed 14.10 was an impenetrable black box. They were wrong. ๐
An open community project just published a massive attack-surface map dissecting PS5 14.10 from the inside covering userland ROP chains, syscall bypasses, and live kernel probes.
Kernel read/write hasn't fallen yet, but the perimeter is exposed.
Uncensored generation just landed for ๐ ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฆ-๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฒ.

๐จ SONY JUST BLOCKED THE WAY FORWARD ON PS5 14.10?
๐จ SONY JUST BLOCKED THE WAY FORWARD ON PS5 14.10?
PS5 users on firmware 14.10 are reportedly facing a mandatory update to version 14.20 to regain access to games and the PlayStation Store.
For anyone hoping to keep an exploitable firmware for homebrew or potential GTA VI launch-day experiments, this could be a major setback.
๐ Stay on 14.10, and you may face restrictions.
โฌ๏ธ Update to 14.20, and you could lose access to an existing exploit.
The big question: Will GTA VI be playable on a jailbroken PS5 at launch?
โ ๏ธ The exact restrictions and exploit impact still need verification.
"14.10 is completely locked down" DEAD WRONG. ๐
Native instructions were just executed LIVE on PS5 firmware 14.10.
No more Lua sandbox limitations: Probe 156d successfully fired real machine code (mov [rdi], rax; ret) straight through thr_create(430) with CS=0x43.
