I don’t have the full evidence that was sent to vgen, but you can be certain that the mass broker ban wave vgen has conducted has been evidenced properly by many sources. If you still have buyer protection get a refund
Easiest solution is just enforce this policy they already have. If an account is caught lying / their TOS and Bio are misleading they should get banned. Currently their mark is just changed. Good brokers are transparent JRU are not. Then after atleast you know who is who
Their vgen time zone is also vastly difference to their actual location (Indonesia/SEA) they are unfortunately a broker account. Unfortunately JRU have been reported to often hire underage artists extremely cheaply. Art style and advertising also matches
