I think Kyle Williams should have the Kayshon Boutte lite role, especially when the Patriots are undermanned at WR
Give him 15-25 snaps per game, force the defense to respect his speed, maybe get him some possession touches/crossers.
He is basically faster Boutte, with potentially worse hands
