RIDICULOUS: Bullies who think it’s ok to walk scowling into a grocery store or rec facility etc. - without a mandated mask on - & put (often young) staff into a difficult conflict-resolution situation.
PLS:Stop looking for fights & respect people just trying to do their job. – at Strathcona County, Alberta

Earth Hour 8:30-9:30 tonight. What would this look like if every light was dimmed by just 10%. Most people would never even notice and it would have a major effect on wildlife, power consumption and astronomy. Lets stop lighting the sky and direct light where it's needed.

Finally a clear warm night in Sask. I got out with the telescope and the camera. I might have split Sirius B but will try again tonight to be sure. I did get a picture of Mars passing the Pleaides. Take a look tonight to see how far Mars has moved in 24 hours.

It’s not that obvious.
Today and everyday let us strive to stamp out the stigma surrounding mental health. A mental checkup should be viewed no differently then a physical one. #BellLetsTalk #medhat

Imagine if you faced judgment and stigma for going to the doctor for a broken arm. Mental health conditions and injuries should be treated no differently. Today and everyday let’s work to end the stigma. The first step is talking. #BellLetsTalk

This is precisely why we position large @Toronto_Fire trucks at motor vehicle accident scenes on roadways to protect our Firefighters, @TorontoPolice and @TorontoMedics as they work on scene. This is a very important video for all to understand.
Near miss video of @BarriePFFA and @Barrie_Fire operating at MVC in 400 highway last night. So thankful no one was seriously injuried. Please slow done and keep our #firefighters #police #paramedics and tow operators safe.

Yesterday @yegfirechief reminded us to use the term post-traumatic stress INJURY (#PTSI) not DISORDER (#PTSD)
That’s important, because:
-Injuries can be prevented
-Injuries can be healed
-Healed injuries can be stronger than ever
We can win this thing!
