Have you ever heard a sandhill crane bugle? A coiled windpipe turns its call into a trumpet you can hear miles away.

One of my rarest finds! A Medieval mirror case! I found this beauty last year. When I opened it, I hoped for a gold coin or whatever. But unfortunately it was empty, all that was in there was some corrosion that once shined. That was the mirror. I had never seen it before! 🤩👍🍀
2 weeks ago I was driving a kubota side by side next to a pond. front tire slipped into a hidden hole and before I could correct it the entire machine was on top of me, pinning me to the ground at my thighs 2 ft from the water. I’m incredibly lucky to be alive esp bc I was alone
When the adrenaline dump happened I spent about 5 mins getting my left leg free in order to call 911. ~45 mins later I was being lifeflighted to the trauma center. Incredibly harrowing experience thinking I wasn’t gonna be able to dial 911. Somehow my legs are perfectly fine.

Pensacola, Florida, 1884.
The city was then a busy Gulf lumber and shipping port. Sailing vessels crowd the Pensacola Bay beyond the storefronts, dirt street and signs for a bar & billiards hall and an express office.
got out the other day. Broken wrist broken c7 vertebrae and 6 broken ribs. Coulda been a lot worse! Very thankful
