And now we need to wonder why the typically hyperpartisan NYTimes decided to commit its "random act of journalism". My hypothesis is that they are trying to re-establish a tiny bit of credibility on election matters. Because they're about to post some serious propaganda, probably related to election results, and they want to be able to say, "we're just reporting the facts" and have that not be the hilarious claim that it would otherwise appear to be. This is not good.
NYT explains the Democrats' "audacious, secretive plan" to put another Dan Sullivan on the ballot in Alaska. A 90 second summation of exactly what happened: "Democrats, including Mary Peltola's campaign, have said they have no connection to this Dan Sullivan." "That's simply not true." "In fact, Democrats with the Mary Peltola campaign and with the national party engaged in an audacious, secretive plan dating back to last year designed to help Mary Peltola win by stacking the ballot in her favor." "They came up with a plan to recruit other candidates onto the Senate ballot, and the goal was to divide Republican voters and hope that some of them would vote for these alternative candidates on the ballot." "As part of that effort, a Peltola staff member was instructed to create a list of the Dan Sullivans in Alaska." So, they all lied, and continue to lie. Not sure if that's the bigger story here, or the fact that NYT decided to conduct a random act of journalism.

“Migrant” caravans are assembling in Mexico, expecting the Dems to sweep Congress. This video comes straight from the guys on the ground.
'Everybody [is] waiting for the Democrats to win': Another migrant caravan left southern Mexico in October and some migrants we interviewed said they hope for a Democrat victory in the midterms so the U.S. starts shifting away from Trump's immigration policies. W/@Phase2Deport:

I hate to break it to you, but fascist methods are already here. That's what the Biden Years were all about. It's just going to become even worse.
SEDITION: Senator Slotkin traveled to Hungary to learn techniques to use LAWFARE to oust the legitimate government. Democrats are planning to bring fascist methods to America.

Not sure I’ve ever seen so much short man energy from a politician before. He wants so badly for people to think he’s tough, but he’ll always be a manlet. And the harder he tries to hide his short man syndrome, the tinier he looks. It’s hilarious.
Abdul El Sayed bizarrely attacks Pete Hegseth for sucking at sports in high school and rips his mom for cheering for him. (Pete played college basketball at Princeton and was an all state basketball player). This is just strange. Abdul is a weird dude.

Great. 🤣🤣🤣 Now, watch California gas taxes and prices to go out the roof!
I just banned new oil and gas drilling throughout Los Angeles and we'll be phasing out existing wells. For generations, Black and Latino communities have carried the burden of neighborhood drilling. Your ZIP code should never dictate your health! We are confronting this systemic injustice head-on, because of vital partnerships with Council President Marqueece Harris Dawson (mhd.la2024), Councilmember @katyyaroslavsky, Councilmember @adrin_nazarian and our frontline community leaders, organizers, and activists. Let's keep moving LA forward together! Vote on or before November 3rd.

Marc Elias is losing his mind after being exposed for his role in the Dan Sullivan sham in Alaska. 🤣 Oddly he doesn’t mention any of that. "Donald Trump hates me… We are not going to make it through the next 2 years." He then threatens political weaponization against the admin. Tick-tock, Marc. ⚖️

It’s not okay to leak classified slash sensitive information, especially when it pertains to the Department of War. When senior officials lack that very basic instinct, the punishment needs to be all that more harsh.

🚨DATA REPUBLICAN: THE ANSWER TO THE COLOR REVOLUTION RIGHT NOW IS NOT WAR — IT’S PEACE @JackDangerLIVE asked @DataRepublican what ordinary Americans can actually do once the same overseas playbook is turned inward. Her answer (via @DataInterpretr): [PART 1 OF 2] [00:00.6] JACK: “So let me ask you, based on this and obviously you know America is doing they have the same playbook in America that they're that they've used on all foreign countries abroad they're now using it on America. What can the people do us rather than I mean is is the only thing we can do vote and maybe protest I mean that's not really the right honestly the reason we don't protest much is because one we don't get paid to protest like the left does and we all have jobs You know we have things that we have to do. [00:31.0] So what can we do other than vote at the midterms? I mean we all need to vote. That's the num- that's what we have to do. But other than that, is there something else we can do?” [00:45.1] DATA REPUBLICAN: “Yes. I mean I I think it's obvious, but we need to pray. I know some people are calling to go on the offense. Right, but this is not the time yet. This is absolutely not the time yet. This is the time to vote and to pray and not to take the bait. [01:03.5] We want peace. We do not want war. That's the entire point of these files, right? We we we don't want the infighting within our own citizens, within our own people. We need to pray for God to navigate us out of this situation, and we all need to accept that, you know, Jesus will lead us through this” 📝*POX note(s): This is the part that separates strategy from script. The operators who ran legitimacy attacks overseas already know the domestic version works best when the target population escalates first. Street violence, “offense,” and citizen-on-citizen fights give them the exact pretext to declare the government illegitimate and activate the pre-built parallel structures. DataRepublican is drawing the line: midterms voting is non-negotiable, but kinetic response is still premature. The files exist to expose the apparatus before it is fully triggered, not to hand it a street-level justification. Protect the chain of command. Vote. Refuse the bait that turns the country against itself. The rest is spiritual navigation while the legal and institutional cleanup continues. The apparatus wants the war. The point of the receipts is to deny it. [PART 2 of 2] THE 2ND CLIP OF DATA REPUBLICAN’S ANSWER DROPS TOMORROW, TURN ON NOTIS! 🔔

I would love to have had my copy autographed. It is proving to be one of the most informative books I have every read.

The true legacy of color revolutions is that it delegitimizes the state altogether. You cannot impose a new government from top down.
🚨THEY DON’T WANT TRUMP — THEY WANT STRUCTURAL REFORM THAT DECLARES THE SYSTEM ILLEGITIMATE: @JackDangerLIVE asked @DataRepublican how the left managed to infiltrate institutions and why the right never went on offense. DATAREPUBLICAN’S answer (via @DataInterpretr): [00:00.0] JACK: “institutions, but how did we get to the point where they have taken over everything? They took over, you know, the educational system. They obviously took over the media because they're able to get people in there and any stories they want filter out to everybody else. And the media controls maybe at least half, if not two-thirds, of the population. [00:18.9] But it's always slanting left, a lot of times hard left. So how did we get to this point where they were able to infiltrate every institution, and we seem to have just let them and don't don't go on the offensive in any manner.” [00:36.8] DATA REPUBLICAN: “Yeah, it's well, it's important to understand that, you know, a lot to unpack there. Yeah, I think the other dangerous option, the one that's not as dramatic as pushing Trump out of office in like a coup, is that the Democrats are hellbent on extreme. [00:52.4] Structural reforms. RAD is only one group. These are these are these people who are making these unelected who are making these decisions. RAD is only one group. The files talk about Policy Link, which is a huge NGO working on their own constitutional rewrite proposal. [01:07.6] And Democrats have their own set of plans, but they all end up in the same place: extreme structural reform. You have to understand this is not focused on on a person. It's not focused on Trump. It's focused on the system, right? And The thing that nobody talks about with structural reform is that it delegitimizes a country all in and of itself. [01:27.1] Like, if the Democrats pack the Supreme Court and get everything rubber stamped, they've effectively declared the federal government illegitimate and just in a different way, right? It's in a takeover way, and that's the real lasting legacy of color revolutions is that they change the entire structure. [01:43.5] They declare the first structure illegitimate, change the entire structure. Claim that it needs reform, and then they seed these changes for structural reforms in the name of democracy to lock out the authoritarians, right? The previous regime, but they always end in balkanization. [01:59.4] It ends in civil war, and yes, a civil war is absolutely terrible, and legitimacy can only come from the people. That's what America is about. WE make this country legitimate from the consent of the governed as the founding Fathers intended it: no taxation without representation, and go to the people.” 📝*POX note(s): This is the part that reframes the entire fight. The goal is not a single election or a single president. It is extreme structural reform that declares the existing system illegitimate by design — court packing, constitutional rewrites via NGOs like Policy Link, and parallel “democracy” plans that all converge on the same outcome. Color revolutions do not stop at removing a leader. Their lasting product is a rewritten structure sold as reform, then locked in to permanently exclude the previous regime. History shows the end state is balkanization and civil war. Legitimacy cannot be manufactured by unelected NGOs or media. In America it still rests on the consent of the governed. That is the line the apparatus is trying to erase. The apparatus wants to rewrite the system. How to stop the apparatus?: Pray Protect the chain of command Vote Refuse the bait

As expected. Raskin joining the color revolution team is also completely as expected.
Raskin Declares Supreme Court Illegitimate Matching RAD Playbook! Raskin’s public declaration that the Supreme Court is illegitimate and that the seats were stolen is the RAD playbook. In today's episode on The New Yorker Radio Hour, Representative Jamie Raskin of Maryland characterized the United States Supreme Court as a critical actor in the degradation of government and described it as a right wing mega corporate court. Raskin asserted that the court is illegitimate on multiple levels because it was composed through processes that denied President Obama and the Senate a full opportunity to advise and consent on a nominee and then rushed the confirmation of Justice Amy Coney Barrett only seven days before a presidential election. When referring to the SCOTUS immunity ruling, Raskin further noted that the justices who describe themselves as originalists produced a ruling with no foundation in the Federalist Papers, the Constitutional Convention, the ratifying conventions, or the text of the Constitution itself, stating that the decision appeared to have been pulled out of a hat. The interviewer specifically raised the prospect of blocking a successor to Justice Samuel Alito should he retire, and Raskin indicated that Democratic control of the Senate would provide the leverage to prevent such a confirmation on the grounds that seats had already been stolen. These statements align closely with the internal resistance framework detailed in public recordings and strategy materials associated with Renew American Democracy and related networks of former USAID officials. In that framework, key institutions are first labeled illegitimate through pre seeded narratives about process failures, composition, and specific rulings. Once that framing takes hold, it justifies coordinated action by lawfare organizations, legislative blocking, and internal resistance within federal agencies. The United Democracy Alliance structure described in those materials, released by Data Republican, explicitly incorporates lawfare groups and prepares for red line scenarios in which the federal government, including its judicial branch, is treated as having crossed into illegitimacy. Raskin’s public declaration that the court was illegitimately composed and that its immunity ruling lacks any originalist or textual basis supplies exactly the kind of institutional delegitimization narrative that enables later steps such as refusing to seat nominees, supporting structural reforms, and activating parallel resistance channels. By framing the court itself as the product of stolen seats and inventing constitutional powers, the remarks fit the pattern of eroding the legitimacy of existing governance structures in advance of potential crisis triggers. This mirrors the documented approach in which civil society, lawfare, and federal worker networks stand ready to treat ordinary institutional actions as evidence that the prior system has already been invalidated, clearing the path for proposed structural overhauls.

Democrats began writing their talking points denying Trump's claims they stole the 2026 midterm election in Michigan ... in April. Their biggest concern? How to deny claims by Trump they stole the election through allowing large-scale illegal immigrant voting, which is oddly specific. It means they have been planning to steal that Senate seat since at least the beginning of the year. It's exactly what Democrats did in the months before the 2020 election, when the Washington Post published their talking points about not believing anything Trump said about 2020 being stolen. Odd how they knew before both elections they'd need those talking points ready to go.
🚨 EXCLUSIVE: I obtained internal election strategy memos from a network connected to Norm Eisen—revealing its partners’ backchannel with election officials and the anti-Trump talking points circulated to allies. The documents spell out which officials to amplify, which election claims to avoid repeating, and how to frame Trump as preparing to reject the midterms. Their distribution instruction: “It may not be shared outside of the ESRN and is not intended to be shared publicly or with the press.” Here’s what I found. 🧵

The accidental admission of German communists that they are intimidated by the Hamas supporteres is unsurprising. That the Western institutionally based Left should live in fear of Islamism, with its deep clandestine and terrorist roots, is entirely predictable. Historically one of the main uses of terror is to maintain control over their base -- their "allies" and "friends". Islam approaches Western Communists appearing to need their help but soon reverses the power equation. Then it converts the whole Red-Green farce into a project to inflict costs on a target government to force them to change a policy. It goads noncompliant government into an overreaction to alienate the general population. It maintains unflinching militancy to sabotage compromise. It uses theatrical violence to demonstrate superior commitment or capability compared to rival domestic groups competing for the same base (ie the academic left). It wears down a society's resolve over a prolonged period through continuous low-level conflict. The Left imagines it is tough and then discovers that compared to Islam, it is only cocktail party tough.

Chuck, you called the Alaska lawsuit “baseless” and somehow got through the whole column without telling readers there are two Dan Sullivans on the Senate ballot. Two days before your column ran, the New York Times reported that aides to Democrat Mary Peltola had a staffer comb Alaska’s voter rolls looking for men with the same name as the Republican senator. The Times reviewed texts showing Peltola’s team and the Senate Democrats’ campaign committee discussed the project for months. One Peltola aide texted, “I am hearing that our friend in the state is being noticed.” The committee’s campaign director replied, “We will check in.” Back in June, CNN asked whether you or any of your associates had been involved in the second Sullivan’s campaign. Your office said “no.” Who did your office check with before it gave CNN that answer, Chuck?
Donald Trump wants to steal the midterms. Senate Democrats have been preparing for months to stop him. Elections belong to the American people, not Trump. We will fight him every step of the way, and we will ensure free and fair elections. Read my article here: democracydocket.com/opinion/…
