On a day like this but 2 years ago, Kazuhiko Katō (Creator of Lupin The Third) passed away. His legacy will never be forgotten, thank you Monkey Punch for creating my favorite animated franchise.

Monkey Punch's drawing of Taiyo Mukai from the Golf manga "Ashita Tenki ni Naare" ("I hope tomorrow will be a great day") and Lupin III to congratulate Tetsuya Chiba on his 40-year career (1997). Two authors forever united by their love for manga. Rest in peace Tetsuya Chiba.

There is a before and after of knowing Tomorrow's Joe. A man does not step into the same river again. It is a different river. He is a different man. May you rest in peace Tetsuya Chiba, you legend.

A piece I've been working on as of late in collaboration with Guillaume for Lupin The Third [Lupin Maniac]. Tried to do what I could to capture the vibe of the original manga by Monkey Punch stylistically #lupiniii #collab #photoshop #fanart #color #monkeypunch #anime #manga

HAPPY BIRRHDAY GO NAGAI. From watching Mazinger Z with my mom when I was a kid to Devilman being one of the first manga I read online. In one way or another, his work will always be a part of my life. Never change, you old pervert.

People on discord liked it so I'm sharing it on twitter too. A couple days ago someone talked about how pilot Zenigata with his part 1 colors would be the best design for him so I edited this screenshot to have his part 1 skin tone and coat.
