Purpose of life (imho): 1) Your life’s purpose is what you choose, at the moment you decide. It can change. 2) To help the next generation. To help the previous generation, as they have helped you. To help your peers; as we can lean on each other, and accomplish more together. 3) To enjoy life.

I was born in 1980 in the USSR and lived there the first 13 years of my life. This is what it was actually like for me as a kid: •Lines for everything. Bread, eggs, milk, toilet paper, shoes, medicine, even to see a doctor. Some years we were okay. Other years there was nothing. •From about 5½ or 6 years old one of my jobs was to go stand in those lines for bread, eggs, and milk. If I stepped out for even a second I lost my spot and my family had no bread that day. Didn’t matter that I was little. •I learned not to ask for the little bit of candy on the shelf. Not because I didn’t want it. I really, really did. I just knew my parents didn’t have an extra penny. I was allowed to have one chocolate little candy a week and two caramels. They were kept in a box in a wall closet and I used to put little pieces of wood into the wrappers until I got old enough to realize I was eating my entire family candy stash 😭 •Fear and survival ran everything. My parents went a whole month without coffee or other basic things. Some months my brother and I got one egg a day and my parents went without. •That’s why I have such a special relationship with food. I swore my own kids would never go hungry the way my family did in Russia. •“Free” medicine meant the x-ray machine was broken when I broke my wrist in second grade. No painkillers for dental work. When my grandmother in her late 80s got sick they told us she was old, let her die at home. No doctor ever came. She lived 15 more years until 103 after getting a new chance in USA 🇺🇸 •When I was 10 I got mauled by a dog and spent nights in a state hospital getting rabies shots. My parents weren’t allowed inside. They could only knock on my window. When I needed to go to the bathroom I had to crawl there on my hands and knees. •No one could complain. We knew if my parents said the wrong thing, or if we kids did, we’d be sent to an orphanage and they’d go to jail. My uncle went to jail for refusing to tell on his family over something faith-based. •Our personal mail and Letters were always read by the authorities . For my mom’s birthday my aunt wrote that she put a stick of gum in the letter for us to share. Gum was a very big deal. We opened it and there was no gum. •Phones were listened to. You never knew who was listening. •The Party and the state came before family, before you, before anything. My dad was a fireman and couldn’t get promoted until he joined. They kept sending him into fires until he did. •Nothing was ever free. The people who worked the produce counters and controlled the food and goods had the real power. Everyone else just waited and got scraps. •October 28, 1993. The day I arrived in America at 13. The day my new life started. Don’t let this happen here. Vote.
From a former Soviet-born, young communist party member (I was 9 years old), to your own ears. Listen to this before you vote tomorrow. Then vote for a chance of a good life for yourself and your family, current and future lives that will come from you. Vote Republican. Vote Red. Vote for USA 🇺🇸 to continue on its path of democracy and prosperity.

What animal accordingly have a two-pronged (bifid) penis that channels sperm into the two lateral vaginas simultaneously? Did you know this?

Remember that $60.76 that I collected by looking around for loose change last month? I bought 0.16 shares of TSLA. It’s now worth $65.80. We also two more apricot trees for $30. Now a total of $95.80. What could you buy with $95? Get your change. Every penny counts. Let’s keep growing.

The irony of this question: What popular board game played in the 1980’s made most of us feel stupid? Ironic because many of the questions were about 45 years prior to the 1980’s. Only those people who were born in the 1940’s were more likely to know the answers.

What would you do with this $1 coin? I’ve had it for over a decade, and now the purchasing power is probably 60% of what it used to be.

Newest “scam” I see: Advertisements for “City Name” Program for foundations, landscaping, house improvements. It’s not sponsored by the actual city. It’s just some random vendor claiming to give you discounts for work.

Yesterday, I ran for two hours. Speed of 4.5 mph. I’m doing it for me; my goal. The goal of being the best I can be; doing something that is difficult and requires discipline. The delusion of running a sub 3 hour marathon at age 55. I don’t know if I’ll get there. I would have to run twice as fast as I do now. In my mind, I would need to run 17 miles per day, while I fight the natural physical burdens of the last 30 years. I think about the improbable accomplishments I have achieved in the past. Getting into all the honor classes even though I was not good enough on the assessment. Acing the US History AP exam a year after my peers. Learning to swim freestyle at age 40. Acquiring and closing 32 escrows in a year. These accomplishments mean nothing to anybody else. And so will the running. Yet, it may inspire anybody who takes a glimpse that anything is possible. See a destination. Create a roadmap. Follow the plan. Build consistency. Fall down and get back up. Make choices and reiterate to being better than before. You got this. Keep moving. See you along the journey, and at the finish line.

Are you thinking of moving? This photo represents about 1/6th of a beautiful home for sale. The property tax alone is about $7100 per month. The house insurance is about $1200 per month. 20% downpayment is about $1.4 million. Your monthly mortgage payment might be around $35,000 depending on your program. That’s all I can tell you for now. There’s a lot of paperwork and privacy restrictions involved. Ca DRE License #01346283

One person’s perspective: 50% fewer parts to produce. Probably costs less than $25,000 to make. Future is driverless. Heading towards $0.40 per mile to operate; that’s $12 for 300 miles. Charges at home (for now) while you sleep. Connected to StarLink.

We grew a number of apricot trees, and sold 3 for $15 each so far. Next year, the price will be $25 each for the remaining eight. We have a dozen new sprouts this year. Now I’m trying dragon fruit seeds. I think we discovered our next business.
