Today is #WorldSuicidePreventionDay.
We can all help to prevent suicide by starting the conversation and creating a culture of openness, understanding and support.
Remember, it is not always obvious when somebody needs help.

You would never know we were down to 2 (possibly even 1) Covid deaths today. And under 350 in hospital. A cause for celebration.
How much longer can they eke out the fear narrative?

Zero deaths in the NHS England for 24 hours.
Time to get back to normal and save our country for the young.
NHS shows #covid deaths in English hospitals at zero in the past 24 hours for the first time since the epidemic began.
It's over.

Incredible stat from @Squawka. Man City can now finish with a maximum 81 points. When the Premier League resumed Liverpool had 82 points, meaning Liverpool could have lost all their remaining games after the resumption of the Premier League and still won the league.

Do I think we’re going to see a #SecondWave? My personal view, from my frontline armchair and NOT as an epidemiologist or virologist!

25 years ago today, in my view, the car of all cars won Le Mans 24 hours.
The rain fell, saved the weak gearbox of the McLaren F1 GTR against the prototypes and with JJ Lehto sometimes 30 secs a lap quicker they won it.
WHAT a car.

Lots of reports of the German 'R' value rising after easing lockdown.
It is now back well below 1 (0.81) - no need to panic as the Robert Koch Institute have always stressed.
Small clusters are dragging it up according to the German scientists - as always, look at the trends!

Now the guidelines have changed can we please stop with the 'packed beaches' headlines?
People were far too quick to judge others for being outside - presumably they were too!
Follow the rules, exercise and enjoy some fresh air - it's good for your health.

Embarrassed for you @DailyMailUK.
Here’s a game of spot the difference. 1) @dailymail ‘s pic of me & my dad 2) the actual picture. Socially distant, no physical contact & was bringing them food. Been a long month of no contact, my mum worked for the NHS her whole career so she was ruthless about distance. Thanks
