Bitcoin has now put in its first decent pullback.
This is something we have been covering for over 6 weeks, and discussing that when this did happen, there would be a lot of fear.
"But when we get a decent one, they will be back out calling for new lows."
Irrespective of the current narrative or news, we focus on the chart, because the chart is all that matters.
Bitcoin has now retested the:
- 1W 50EMA
- 1D 200EMA
- 365D EMA
After successful reclaim.
What is most interesting about this, however, is that it has done so within the exact same time period that 2023 did it.
The time between the bottom and first real pull back into key levels, was 119 days.
Back then, everybody flipped bearish also.
But the facts remain, in the same way as 2023.
1. Bitcoin confirmed Cycle Bottom
2. Then confirmed Bull Market
3. We reclaimed all bearish EMA + SMA's
4. Now we are simply retesting
You have to understand that every single time we get a pull back like this, there will be some narrative or large scale fear/reason for it.
This time, its Binance hack.
In 2023, it was the Silvergate Bank crisis.
In the end, it does not matter.
A pullback into reclaimed levels after cycle bottom confirmations is highly bullish.
Flipping mega bearish, historically, has been the worst decision you could make.
Here is when you ramp up the DCA.
There are clear invalidations if things continue to somehow worsen.
This is the game.
Here we go.

This is still a very small drop, and whether its the start of the first deeper one, is yet to be known.
But we can already see how fast the sentiment flips bearish.
Even though total market structure has shifted, and the pullback hasn't even tagged any decent EMAs yet...
Everyone starts to panic.
It is illogical.
Don't allow the narratives of the moment to impact your conviction.
There will always be a narrative attached to a red candle.
In bull markets, this is designed to scare you into making the wrong choices.
Ultimately, we have between here and $72k(200SMA) which would be a healthy range to pullback to. But I don't see it going that deep personally.
If you are sidelined, its within this period now that you want to consider DCAng.
If you can't look through the fear, you will never make it.
