The 75% of Agniveers not selected for permanent enrolment after 04 years will get an option to serve for another 02 years.
After 06 years, they will get another opportunity for regular enrolment based on merit & performance.

Indian Railways has placed additional orders for 9,638 wagons worth ₹3,925.41 crore across 5 manufacturers by invoking the 30% option clause in existing contracts.
This increases the total contracted quantity under seven contracts to 48,864 wagons.
Titagarh Wagons will supply 4,955, Jupiter Wagons 2,583, Texmaco 1,020, Besco 720 and Oriental Foundry 360 additional wagons.
India conducts a successful flight test of the Pralay quasi ballistic missile off the Odisha coast, the test NOTAM covered 595 km. 🇮🇳
MoD signed contracts worth ₹53,866 crore with GRSE and Goa Shipyard Ltd for 08 Next Gen Corvettes for the Indian Navy.
GRSE will build 5 warships, while GSL will construct the remaining 3. Deliveries are expected to begin by 2030. 🇮🇳
