Had a run through of my meetup talk with the co-op delivery community, so helpful to have such a perfect practice audience to do a dry run.
This community is actually what makes working at Co-op ☺️

@neil_vass encouraged me to submit my talk to @agilemanc and we found out last week that both are talks are accepted. Our team travel in packs 😎😎 it seems. Cannot wait for May to see some lovely familiar faces and learn from new friends there. #agilemanchester2023 #Speaker

Facilitated a futurespective today!
What a brilliant way to kick off 2023 with the team 🚀
Understanding our hopes, fears, and ambitions is really powerful for the year ahead.
Plus, we created an excellent playlist.
Time is running out... if there's a talk you'd like to give at Agile Manchester next year, get a description together and send it in before the end of Monday!
Call for speakers closes at midnight on 12 December 2022! We welcome everyone, from seasoned sharers to first-time presenters. If you can talk from experience about any aspect of #agile, #lean or flow-based delivery we want to hear from you. bit.ly/3F1aOHU #agilemanc

What are people’s thoughts on a workbook or training course built around challenging Delivery Management scenarios?
No wrong answers, but plenty of prompts for how to apply DM more effectively.
