I had an absolute mega time at @DeliverSessions yesterday giving a talk on Outcomes Vs Outputs.
Everyone was so encouraging and supportive, what an excellent group to be part of!

Loved hearing everyone's personal presentations - so many revelations!
And really enjoyed facilitating a session on our Purpose and Values as a team 😊
It's been a whole year since I returned to work from maternity leave! 😲
All the tricky things you hear about are true (nursery bugs, missing out on work socialising to do nursery pick up etc...)
But there are positives that you don't hear about as much...
Tried the coworking space at Bloc in Manchester today. Much better than 111 Piccadilly, worth the £12 a day to get out and enjoyed a Moose lunch too 👌

One way to #EmbraceEquity this IWD 👉 make roles available on a part time basis and make sure your advert says so!
Looking for a new job when you don't/can't work 5 days 9-5 is tricky. Most adverts are unclear whether part time is considered or not 🤷♀️
13 years ago I lived on this street (with 6 friends - how on earth did we fit in there 🤣)

Finished the NLP Coaching course today and got my certificate 🤓🎓
Some of my favourite things we learned about and practiced:
Reframing - taking a statement and thinking about it from a different perspective or in a new context to shift the meaning
Using a neutral perspective - thinking about an issue from an outsider's point of view to give yourself advice, to unlock your unconscious solutions
Challenging generalisations or distortions - challenging thoughts that include "always" or "never" to see things more clearly
