The core argument of critical race theory is quite literally that any bad thing Blacks or other minorities do is white people's fault. The core argument of later-wave feminism is quite literally that any bad thing women do is men's fault.
I can point you to chapter and verse here, if you want - i.e., Kendi (2020: 12).

Reading some new work by P. Magness, something truly remarkable strikes me about Ibram Kendi, Nicole Hannah-Jones, and all these other racialists we've been debating since ~2018: they AGREE with the intellectuals of the old Confederacy on almost everything.
I.e., that slavery and King Cotton were the true source of America's wealth.
That the USA was and is a "white man's country," and only a revolutionary war will change this.
That the USA has a racial (and sexual, regional, etc) caste system which Lincoln and Seward and Marshall never reeeallly managed to eradicate: "Stamped from the Beginning," Kendi's most famous book title, is a phrase lifted directly from a speech by Confederate President Jefferson Davis.
This is mostly just nonsense, of course. Per at least the Selected Population Profiles from the most recent American Community Survey, the highest-income group in the USA is Indian Americans. The best-educated groups are Taiwanese and Nigerian Americans. But, it is revealing nonsense. Why are modern Black, etc radicals so angry? Because they believe not even in the hyper-flawed version of America taught in the schools of the victorious Union, but in the feudal version of the country propounded by our defeated enemies.

Colonialism was, in fact, often a good thing.
BUT, it's worth noting that *Zimbabwe* is so often used to argue for "inevitable post-colonial collapse into barbarism" because it would...really make no sense to use Botswana, Singapore, Jamaica, Egypt, Bermuda/Bahamas/Barbados, Hong Kong, Kenya, India, Indonesia, etc - or ftm the United States.
Those are all just sort of countries now.

Thomas Sowell: A gov't agency has 2 tasks: building statues of Benedict Arnold & providing life-saving medications to children. If this agency's budget were cut, it would cut the life-saving medications for children. Cutting the program people care about creates public outrage & pressure on legislators to restore the budget, while cutting the useless program would just show that the agency can do without the money.
