The Soviet flag Mandela Effect is NOT NEW. For those that don't follow me, I am, among other things, a Mandela Effect researcher and archivist with well over a decade of experience in the field and it's archival material preservation. Consequently, I've spent extensive time tracking and documenting these cognitive consensus reality anomalies. It's not my goal to tell anyone what is or isn't real, and the Soviet flag Mandela is no exception to this. It's far too extensive and persistent to easily explain away. However, the idea that it "just happened" or has only been collectively noticed in the last few days is completely false. I have documented complaints about people not remembering the star being there since at LEAST December 17th 2016 in a Russian 2ch thread. And even then it seems like it had previously been circulating on Russian language social media in VK Mandela groups for at least a few months prior, but the language barrier has prevented me from pushing that date back any further yet. After that, complaints spread outward into English language media to the point where it even has an entry on the alternative memories site in 2017 as linked below. Also a youtube vid in January of 2017, Reddit, etc. From my past research into this subject matter, many of these appear to have originated from the same time period in 2016 and unless I end up finding people noticing and complaining about it earlier, the Soviet flag Mandela seems to be one of those that first appeared in the same timeframe when the first reported complaints of the Fruit of the Loom cornucopia being missing also starts showing up in the historical record, sometime in middle to late 2016. Make of that what you will. alternatememories.com/histor… 2ch.org/zog/arch/2017-03-14/…
