Dan means skip permanent “I only serve X” niching. Instead run focused campaigns for a specific ideal client right now: targeted messaging, ads and content that speak directly to their needs. Like Nike campaigns for basketball or golf without locking the whole brand into one forever. Focus without trapping yourself. You can switch or add campaigns later.
There’s an increase of content.
A decrease in attention span.
A need for better quality.
Your Opportunity exists.
Listen man, I know a lot of you hate the idea that you need to post more to grow your social media.
I know posting once a day is comfortable and balanced.
But what do you expect to happen when the internet is literally being flooded with more content then ever.
Competing for the attention of the same couple billion of humans.
You're not only competing with more creators now, you're also competing with AI slop engineered for virality and retention.
Supply of content has exploded up and to the right. The demand for that content has not changed.
I've already 2x'ed my output on X and YouTube in the last 3 months, and intend on doing it again in the coming weeks.
There is literally no other solution but to spend more time creating content. More time to create MORE, and more time creating BETTER content.
You're now playing in a much more difficult league. The people you're competing with do this fulltime.
Either it's time to step up, or just not play the game at all.
This is amazing!
Finding your gift is a vital element to your success.
I also believe combining gifts that complement each other is equally important.
You don’t have to do it alone!
Find your gift: that how Underdogs win.

This is so crazy!
How much effort are you putting in for low ticket offers vs high ticket offers?
Remember the aim is to run a successful business.
Your offer determines the sales and customers.
Need to be the delusional family member who believes whole heartedly that they will be successful.
Let’s talk about our ideas consistently.
First things first South African builders, are you talking to actual customers?
The more regular you speak to your customers and prospects the clearer your path to success becomes.

Niice! Seems like PWAs may be the way to go with with so much gatekeeping in the appstores
The speed difference in building an application between GPT6 Astra and Opus 5.5 is amazing!
Opus moves like a sports car and Astra like a Prius.
South African builders a great challenge by @hermanschutte! Let’s fix the country one Chatbot at time.
1000 free message credits for anyone that wants to build a better version of this using @sitespeakai. Best one gets Pro plan for life to host it. Dm for me code.

Two books, two ways to get ahead with AI.
The AI-Native Individual, Made Simple: for ordinary people, one step at a time.
The AI-Native Company, Made Simple: for teams rebuilding roles and meetings around AI.

Thank you! This will take away a lot of my weekends tinkering with the apis 🤣🤣🤣
Tonight: pick the one thing you'll ship tomorrow and write it down. Small is fine. Finished is better.
