Trump’s underlying argument that calling the technology “artificial” undermines public and investor confidence in what it can actually do is not ridiculous. The word “artificial” does carry a connotation of fakeness and inferiority that does not describe what companies like Anthropic, which just filed for a potentially $2 trillion IPO, are actually building.
The United States is in a technology race with China, and how America brands and positions its most important emerging capability matters not just domestically but on the world stage.

Do your own research rather than following the noise. AI tech is in phases, intelligence have layers, and SI is emerging with fully autonomous machines.
No one is expert when tech industry itself got a 'Reset'. Ask Jensen Haung, what is the end point? He does not know
Ask Elon Musk, Sundar Pichai, Satyanor Sam, what is the end point of AI? They do not know, although they are building the models, but they can't figure out how powerful it will become.
Do you think a domain investor know more than them? .si is not a political stunt Trump did, but gave us all a signal that now AI is moving to SI in the next phase.
.si is being the best representation of 'Super intelligence' in TLDs, that's it became quite popular.
