“Get fucked” is always an appropriate response to someone who tells you your dreams are too big. They’re too big for them, not too big for you.

in order to win you have to be willing to become completely incomprehensible to people who have no intention of living the life you want. think about how absurd it is to take the one existence you have been given and spend it negotiating the terms of your own ambition with people who will never have to live with the consequences of your surrender. let them think you've lost your mind. there are worse things than being misunderstood. you could spend your whole life being understood perfectly and never once find out what you were capable of.

Everything is hard. Nothing works the first time. It all feels pointless. That’s when you realize you’re going to have to will it into existence with every ounce of your fucking soul. And that’s when it starts to happen.

Hey @nehal_rm1 happy to have this conversation with you. Let’s talk about what it means to be a profitable trader. Since September 1, you’ve had 35 PRO+ live trading accounts. You have gone max loss in 21 accounts and you took out profits in 14 accounts. Your live trading resulted in a net loss of $6,100 across all these accounts. So, you are not net profitable - even though you took withdrawals. In total though, you lost $56,000 of our live trading capital (net of the 10% profit share we got on your withdrawals) because of the way you cycled through accounts. It's a good trade for you - you got $67k in payouts from your PRO+ accounts. All the while not actually being a profitable trader in the market. But we're not going to enable this reckless behavior more. All of your max loss accounts happened within a day of the account even opening. In four trading days alone, you lost $89,685 in live trading capital. Did you have some good days? Two. A $30k and a $20k day. And you showed some promise. The second to last set of PRO+ accounts were profitable. That's why we initially gave you an exception for PRO+ Development. We always try to give traders the benefit of the doubt. We're rooting for you. And then you lost $18,000 of live capital in one day on 10/13. The same day those live accounts were opened. So no, right now, we’re not going to give you a full $20k again to lose in live markets. It’s not OK to lose $20k and close your accounts in one day. And we think you know that… - @markrmeadows, Director of Trading Risk

Friendly reminder that no one gives a fuck if you fail because when was the last time you gave a fuck if someone else failed? You have you even thought about anyone else's goals today. We only fear failure because we think we are more important than we are.

Everything you want is on the other side of not giving a fuck, asking again, and taking another shot. Life gives you endless lottery tickets to try and you only need one win to change your life forever .

Powerful rule for life: Never make a permanent decision based on a temporary feeling. Bad days pass. Anger fades. Fear settles. Just learn to pause. Take a walk. Sleep on it. Give it a minute. You can always act tomorrow. You can't always undo a rushed decision made today.

Your entire life changes the moment you realize you have main character armor. You're going to make it through every hard, insane, surprising thing the movie of your life throws at you except for one: the end. So you might as well dream big and shoot big because you're going to make it through, no matter what, except for the one time you don't. And the moment that happens you don't have to watch the movie anymore.

As you get older, you accumulate a lifetime of pains and a lifetime of joys. Your life is as good as whichever you choose to focus on. Everyone’s got shit. Shitty people just spend all day dwelling on it.

The healthiest way to achieve work life balance... Is to say F*CK balance. Work till you drop. Work till you die or make FU money. THEN have balance. Else you become a bi polar mfer who wants freedom while also resisting working to earn it. It don't work like that.

The secrets to effective & consistent profitability: 1) Adhere to a simple model. 2) Know what you want to make and it feeds you, leave something on just in case you were wrong about how much more. 3) Don't ask others for opinions, analysis or tips. 4) Manage Risk impeccably - ALWAYS. 5) Don't chase new things after you found your model. 6) Allow others to hold opinions - even if they are diametrically opposed to yours. 7) Unless you run a signal service, keep your opinions to yourself. 8) Make your bread, eat and go live for the day and find ways to bless others with it. Anything else is BS.
