If results in Florida don't convince you that DeSantis is pretty much the only strategic route forward for American conservatism, I'm not really sure what to say. Also, Vance is dead in the water after tonight. Guilt by association to Trump. If he runs, he loses. And I think he may be smart enough to know that.

Trump is now an 80 year old lame duck with a Democrat congress. The immediate political task is to find the next leader of the party. It isn’t going to be Trump, and wouldn’t be even if Republicans won tonight. Time to look to the future.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis: Our founding fathers believed you could have the best Constitution in the world, the Declaration of Independence — if the people in office don't display some civic virtue about public service being a sacrifice, it's not to use public office for private gain. And we see so much of that in DC right now.

Charlie Morton broke his leg in the 2nd inning. Stayed in the game. He then struck out Chaz McCormick. Got Martin Maldonado to fly out. And struck out Jose Altuve the next inning. He then exited the game. Morton was throwing 96-mph on a broken leg at 37 years old.
