I am 100% Team Nate in this beef. It’s *obvious* to anyone paying attention that the betting markets just moved over time towards the models. That’s the info they were working off of! They didn’t “discover” anything

I can't believe no one voted for people who talk like this
Young white men voted overwhelmingly for gay race communists who want to trans kids, flood the country with illegals, and destroy young white men.
Online social contagions of conspiracism, victimhood, and Jew-hatred are largely to blame.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The post accuses "Young White Men" of being the reason Republicans lost and also accuses them of alleged "Jew Hatred".

I’m sorry it’s ILLEGAL to get divorced in Texas when you’re pregnant?!?
The first two bills I will be filing this session are both by members who have ascended to higher callings.
Jon Rosenthal’s bill banning the practice of child marriage in Texas and James Talarico’s bill that would grant pregnant women the right to a divorce - because right now they cannot legally get divorced while pregnant, even if they are the victim of domestic violence.

Here's the lunacy of the Illinois Republican Party.
They nominated Darren Bailey for Governor in 2022.
Lost by 12 points.
Bailey ran again in 2026. He's doing even worse.
The last time the GOP won was in 2014.
This is how Bailey did in the 10 largest counties.

If you wanted to humiliate AIPAC and make other Dems less scared of it, it was clearly worth nominating AES, and not someone else who’d have won by 11 but not picked that fight.

For his final two years in office, Trump is poised to see Democrats lead along the entire U.S.–Mexico border -- every US House member, at least one Senator, and every Governor.
Only time in US history this has happened with the sole exception of 1938-1942.

Looks like Maine's 2nd district will be the "bluest" district held by a Republican at Trump +9.5 in 2024.
LePage will likely eke it out over Dunlap. This would also be the only D to R flip in the House (Golden is the D incumbent).

The Chicago millionaire tax passed at ~80% citywide. The map is unsurprising here with much of the Gold Coast and suburban and/or Orthodox wards being the strongest against the measure. The Orthodox of West Ridge were even less supportive than the actual Gold Coast millionaires!
