On the road to permissionless Ronin, I had a vision I’d like to share. I will become Esports Lead for a Ronin Game. I feel ready. I’m driven, motivated, and passionate. I love Ronin, I love gaming, and I love coaching. I’ve been a top player multiple times in Ronin games. Now, I feel the dream and responsibility to dive deep into the growth of a Ronin game in my region: Latam. As we move towards permissionless Ronin, 2025 is our chance to level up. My DMs are open. In the next two years, I believe the Latam region will see explosive growth in its user base. Data from past bull runs shows that our region is consistently among the first to adopt and thrive in new ecosystems. About Me I’m Ralo, and I’ve spent the last few years dedicating my life to Web3 gaming. Like many others, I started from scratch during the pandemic. Axie Infinity became my focus, and I built everything—my gameplay, coaching, and content—while streaming on Twitch. Before Web3, I wore many hats: •Certified chess instructor and educator. •BJCP-certified beer judge (yeah that’s a thing) •Music producer and head of gastronomic ventures. These experiences taught me how to strategize, analyze, and connect with people. They also gave me a deep respect for building things that last. My Esports Career Over the years, I’ve achieved milestones as a player, coach, and community builder: •Tournament Wins: •Winner of the First Bangkok Axie Qualifier. •Winner of the AxieCon Side Event in Barcelona. •Coaching Roles: •Head Coach for Ape GG. •Head Coach for Sura Gaming. •Player Rankings: •Multiple Top 20 finishes in Axie Infinity (across various eras). •Top 3 in Axie V2 Season 20. •Top 1 in Rare Era, Axie Origins Season 5. •Top 5 in Mystic Era, Axie Origins Season 6. •Top 1 in Season 2 and Top 3 in Season 3 of Apeiron NFT. •Top 2 and live finals qualifier for Hong Kong, April 2025, in Apeiron NFT. Why I’m Ready to Lead One of the biggest gaps I see in Web3 gaming is the lack of balanced, competitive ecosystems. Too often, decisions are made without deep knowledge of the game or its meta. I believe in providing balance to competitive environments through consistent play and data-driven analysis. This ensures fairness and sustainability, both of which are crucial for long-term growth in any esports ecosystem. Additionally, my bilingual experience, coaching background, and content creation skills have given me the tools to connect with players, developers, and communities at every level. To Game Developers on Ronin: As permissionless Ronin becomes a reality, this is the time to build esports ecosystems that will scale with the next wave of Web3 adoption. Esports is more than a marketing tool—it’s a way to: •Showcase your game’s depth. •Engage your audience. •Create lasting loyalty. To My Friends, Colleagues, and Fellow Web3 Degens: If my journey resonates with you, I’d love your support. Leave a comment to vouch for me or retweet this thread to help it reach the right people. Together, we can ensure Web3 esports thrives in the years ahead. Looking Ahead 2025 and 2026 are shaping up to be transformative years for Web3 gaming. I’m ready to lead Latam into this new era of competitive gaming, and my DMs are open. Let’s build something unforgettable on Ronin.
