The @wcsca914 Charity Lifting Event - LIFT-GIVING. Athletes from @EagleStrength10 & @SHHS_STRENGTH participated in 3 main lifts: Trap Bar Deadlift 2.Barbell Bench Press 3.Barbell Back squat. There estimated 1 rep max was used for a “penny per pound” donation to @SpecialOlympics – at Ossining, NY
