I learned this lesson the hard way.
There was a time I desperately needed money and in search of a way out, I joined a survey group.
I thought I had finally found an opportunity to make some money.

People respond.
They suggest new products, point out things they'd change and share what they wish the business would do differently.
Then the brand moves on to its next post.
