On the good days, you matter. On the hard days, you matter. On the quiet days, you matter. (Reminder via T @MissKRafferty)
"Never doubt that you're making a difference. You may not see it right away, but teaching has a ripple effect. You matter. Every day. Even on days you don't think you matter." β€”Teacher Kristen Rafferty

The β€œBecause, But, So….” Strategy I learned from The Writing Revolution @TheWritingRevol by Judith Hochman and @natwexler isn’t just effective for young students! This strategy is effective for ALL students, including those at Faculties of Education who are learning evidence-based teaching practices!! This strategy was a hit AND a success last week in my LLL506 course @VIUniversity !! @AnaVieira21C

Fill in the blank! The No. 1 tip I'd give a new principal is _______. (Inspiration via leader @DrBradJohnson)
"New principals, here are 5 strategies to make a real and immediate impact next fall: 1. Foster open communication by active listening. 2. Build personal connections. Know your team well. 3. Show genuine empathy and offer support. 4. Involve staff in some decisions, seeking input and feedback. 5. Recognize and appreciate efforts regularly." β€”Leader Brad Johnson
