My channel "Elevates Brain" was mistakenly terminated about 5 months ago and now YouTube confirmed that the termination was an error and now it's fully reinstated but I still didn't get my 3116 USD unpaid revenue which was reversed back from my AdSense account after the termination. Even today is the last date of the payment cycle but I only got my last few days earning and didn't get the unpaid revenue. Please manually review my issue and release my earnings.
I know all the policies but, because of the termination was a mistake so it's completely unfair if I didn't get my earnings.

YouTube continues showing ads on my films while excluding me from revenue sharing. My channel has a 98% positive like rating among viewers who rated the videos. Yet the responses I’ve received haven’t identified a specific scene or explained which stories they consider interchangeable.What a mockery. You keep running ads on my work, but I’m supposed to keep creating for free?
Even my lawyer received a template response. Have you ever had a lawyer raise a formal concern, only to receive a generic reply that doesn’t address it?
Even a local public works department is expected to answer for its decisions. Why should a multibillion-dollar company be any different?
The message this sends is: “We don’t give a shit about you, your viewers or the legal concerns you’ve raised.”
That is how this treatment feels. A mockery of accountability and a slap in the face after everything I’ve put into this channel. How ruthless has this become?

🚨 YOUTUBE, WE’RE STILL WAITING FOR ANSWERS.
Still no proper response from @YouTube. No prior warning, no meaningful support, and no attempt to properly communicate with affected creators.
500+ creators are reportedly facing similar issues. We have evidence showing repeated attempts to contact support, yet our concerns continue to be ignored.
@narendramodi @mygovindia — please look into this. Creators deserve a fair and transparent process.
And after 6–7 months, receiving an email saying “sorry” and restoring a channel doesn’t erase the months of uncertainty and damage caused.
If creators are expected to follow the rules, platforms should also be accountable for transparent support and communication.

My channel had over 1,100 subscribers and 159 videos. I did not intentionally violate YouTube’s policies, and I have already provided evidence and explanations regarding my case.
@TeamYouTube, please do not ignore my appeals, warnings, or the evidence I submitted in 2025. I believe my channel was mistakenly flagged, and I am asking for a genuine human review of my case.

I have reported @FTC regarding the company and my case involving @YouTube and @TeamYouTube.
It has been 9 months, and I still have not been given a chance to speak with a real human being. My channel was wrongfully terminated, despite the fact that I had worked on it for 4 years. I genuinely believe I did not do anything that violated the policies, and I have lost access to my content and memories.
However, I strongly believe this decision was made in error. My channel primarily focused on Gacha animations and other creative content. I always tried to follow YouTube's policies and maintain a safe environment for viewers. I have never intentionally uploaded content intended to promote harm, hate, spam, scams, or circumvention.
My previously submitted appeal was rejected automatically, and I believe my case was not properly reviewed by a human. I am asking for a genuine human review of my case.
I have also gone through the DSA dispute process, and I received a decision in my favour. I believe this matter deserves proper attention rather than being ignored.
Please, @YouTube and @TeamYouTube, review my case again with a real human being. I am asking for my channel to be restored if the termination was made in error. I have evidence supporting my case, and I strongly believe I did not violate the circumvention policy.
Please don't ignore my case. I just want a fair and proper human review.

I wanted to spend today making my next film. Instead, I’m here again, trying to get someone at YouTube to listen.
I built Nova AI Films to tell stories. It grew to 70,000 subscribers. People started waiting for the next episode, and I started believing I could really make something of this.
Now every time I work on a new scene, I wonder whether I can afford to finish the stories I’ve started.
Since August 5, my monetization has been removed and my revenue is withheld. I’ve appealed, contacted support and paid for legal help. I still haven’t received a clear explanation of what specifically is wrong with my films.
I haven’t stopped creating. But I’m tired of having to keep asking for my work to be looked at.
@TeamYouTube please reconsider my case and restore my monetization. I want to get back to making films without this hanging over me.

My content was commentary analysis, reaction, live streams and vlogs. I intentionally avoid making harassing and bullying content.

This is becoming ridiculous. YouTube says my content is “unsatisfying or off-putting,” but still hasn’t shown me a single scene, video, or timestamp that violates this policy. Meanwhile, my viewers continue to watch, support, and enjoy my films.I do not make AI slop. I write every script and every line of dialogue myself. I create the characters, build every scene, and edit everything. I showed my entire creative process in my appeal, yet I keep receiving the same templated responses instead of a clear explanation.
Now, $3,265 of my earnings is being withheld without one specific example of what I supposedly did wrong. The amount is exact so why isn’t the reason? I have followed YouTube’s rules from the beginning. @TeamYouTube, please give my channel a genuine human review, explain exactly what violated the policy, release my withheld earnings, and reinstate my monetization.

Getting an automated reply is easy. Getting rejected is easy. Being told that the decision is final is easy. But getting a real human to review your evidence feels almost impossible. I provided my scripts, character sheets, storyboards, editing timelines, and proof of my original work. Still, my appeal was rejected within hours and shows zero views. @TeamYouTube I've lost count of how many times I've been rejected. I'm submitting all my channels one by one, and I always get the same answer: "This channel will not be able to monetize until it is reinstated as an 'Original Related Channel'."
However, the same thing is written on all my channels. [7-4365000040887] has practically reviewed each of my channels individually, and I've received the same or a similar answer every time. (Angelica, I hope you actually reviewed my channels; I prefer to trust you.)
What do you mean by "Original Related Channel"? Why are you so carefully hiding this information? Why does sharing this information with the creator put you at risk? Why are you so insistent on not telling me the name of the channel I need to correct? Or does such a channel not exist? Am I wasting my time?
I have one last question regarding [7-4365000040887]. I hope it will be answered.

Permanent termination should be a last resort not the first response.
Here’s what must change:

No permanent termination without clear, specific warnings whenever appropriate.
2️⃣ Right to Fix Mistakes
Give creators a reasonable opportunity to correct policy violations before permanently deleting years of work.
3️⃣ Meaningful Human Review
Every creator deserves a genuine human review before a permanent termination whenever possible.
4️⃣ Fair Enforcement Principles:
→ Assume Good Faith: Treat honest creators as honest until proven otherwise.
→ Context Matters: Consider a creator’s overall history, not just a short period or isolated issue.
→ Consistency for All: Similar cases should receive similar treatment.
→ Proportional Enforcement: Permanent termination should match the severity of the violation.
Until YouTube adopts these principles, every creator is one enforcement decision away from losing everything they’ve built.

Hello @YouTube, it’s been a while since I’ve tweeted about this.
I wanted to give it some time before posting again because I kept getting automatically declined by the automated system, and I hoped that over time YouTube might improve the review process.
It’s been months now, and both my channel and my friends’ group channel have been terminated. We’re honestly afraid to post on our personal accounts because we don’t want to accidentally trigger a circumvention notice.
It’s been really tiring. I’ve been itching to create content again for months, and I just want the opportunity to make videos without constantly worrying that I’m going to lose my account.
I’m asking for just one genuine human review of my situation.
If I violated a policy, please tell me exactly what happened, what specifically led to the termination, and what I can do to make sure I don’t violate the policy again.
I’m not trying to spam, cause trouble, promote anything harmful, or bypass YouTube’s enforcement systems. I’m a young creator who genuinely loves making content and wants to get back to creating.
