India needs competent administrators, not religious figures running the state. A CM openly performing and publicising puja while in office is not spirituality, it’s political theatre. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗲. If the cameras weren’t rolling, would the “devotion” still happen?

12650 is running v v late ... its stopping at every "non stopping" wayside station... because a delayed train does not get priority on a single line. @RailMinIndia wants bullet trains btwn metros, the country needs a network that works in the places in between.

MGNREGA operationalised the Right to Work. Midday meals translated the Right to Food into a tangible entitlement. The RTI empowered ordinary citizens to demand transparency and hold those in power accountable. There is a reason these rights-based interventions have attracted such fierce ideological opposition. At their core, they challenge hierarchies of caste, class and religion. They recognise that dignity, food, livelihood and accountability are not favours dispensed by the powerful, but rights that citizens can claim. The distinction is fundamental. Rights create entitlements and privileges preserve hierarchies. And for those invested in preserving those hierarchies, the democratisation of rights is deeply inconvenient. After all, a citizen who can demand what is rightfully theirs is far harder to patronise, exclude or control.

!!! I have no words - we have a first-hand confession by the Hindu Raksha Dal leader that he was violent with protestors! @DelhiPolice I assume you will track his phone, send 10 IB guys to his house, and lock him up in Tihar? Oh wait - you reserve that for peaceful protestors.

12th fail pitch just like “rupee will go to 70 by 2035” garbage Uneducated Modi said education was unnecessary He couldn’t work with smart people so collected sycophants plagiarists and crooks as “experts” His voters give such crooks a market. They chose this Enjoy
“If you are 25 and invest ₹8,000 a month, about ₹1 lakh a year, till your 60th birthday at 12%, you get roughly a ₹5 crore portfolio. Skip just one year for a party with your girlfriend and you lose ₹52 lakh.” “Delay 3 years and the loss is ₹1.41 crore, almost 50 times what you did not invest. Delay 6 years and you end up with ₹2.5 crore. 50% wiped out.” “So start today, even with ₹1,000. Be kind The per capita income of UP< Nepal and human development is at level of a low income African country The state only knows violence No wonder the ceo sounds like someone in a banana republic trying to brazen out his incompetence- for he is in a banana republic !!
Mr Fact-checker please fact-check your own facts. There is no such scheme as “Buy one Get one free” scheme by Election Commission. As per your post, the voter had submitted only two applications and he got 4 EPIC cards. This statement is false. The voter had submitted 4 applications. If you want to dispute our facts then you post the reference numbers of two applications that you claim he had submitted and we will post the reference number of the remaining two. The problem of generation of multiple EPICs on submission of multiple forms of an individual is a long standing one. We do deduplication through ECINET periodically. We are on path to achieving the objective of catching multiple forms submitted by an individual at the submission stage only. We will achieve our objective very soon. Please do not incite people by making patently false statements about ECI and thereby trying to create disaffection among the citizens towards a Constitutional Body. You are advised to rectify your mistake by amending or deleting your post after completing your own due diligence now that you have been informed by us about your wrong information.

The CJP crisis reflects a growing disconnect between Gen Z’s demand for a new political imagination and the limitations of existing leadership. Neither CJP nor the mainstream opposition appears to have fully grasped this emerging shift. From humor as resistance to solidarity across caste, religion, class and geography, these movements point towards a potential third democratic upsurge in India, one that calls for a more inclusive and transformative approach to politics. G Sampath and Ajay Gudavarthy discuss.

Democracy isn’t tested in Parliament. It is tested at the campus gate, in the very moment a student asks “why?” At IIT Bombay, Jamia and AUD, the state answered every democratic question with lathis, detentions and suspensions. Solidarity with everyone holding the line!

North India has poor human development indicators. Per capita income is 1/3rd of South. So the cultural practices, hygiene, and living expectations will be different - understandable. My crib is the South is not advanced enough on the above despite its socio- economic advancement

People always talk negatively about India, but they never show the good side of India. 🇮🇳 So here’s the positive side of India: 👇🏻 Global Water Quality Index: 120th out of 122 countries - Only two countries have worse water quality rankings than India. Global Hunger Index: 100th out of 120 countries - Yet we have the audacity to mock starving children in Gaza. Press Freedom Index: 157th out of 180 countries - Even Somalia ranks higher than India, at 126th. Corruption Perceptions Index: 91st out of 182 countries - The government itself has become synonymous with corruption. 💀 World Happiness Report: 116th out of 147 countries - Somalia ranks 117th. At least we’re winning something. World’s Top 100 Universities: Not a single Indian university. - Not even one IIT or NIT. We celebrated overtaking Japan in GDP, but Japan has four universities in the global top 100. Priorities, right? Our Most Sacred Rivers: The Ganga and Yamuna. - Sorry, sorry… Ganga Devi and Yamuna Devi. How dare anyone question their purity? World’s Most Polluted Countries: India ranked 6th in 2026. - We’re not stopping until we claim that number one spot. Food Waste: India ranks among the world’s largest food wasting countries. - By 2047, perhaps we’ll aim for the number one spot too. Most Polluted Cities: 66 of the world’s 100 most polluted cities are in India. - Not even a single city is in Somalia. Women, Peace and Security Index: India ranks 131st out of 181 countries. - Somalia ranks 170th. At least we can still find someone below us. But who cares? India is a Vishwaguru. 🇮🇳
Remove 190 nuclear weapons from India, and it would look like an upgraded version of Somalia. From the moment we wake up to our alarms to the moment we fall asleep scrolling through social media, so much of our daily technology depends on the US. The Indian government is making excuses. We’re already deeply connected to global technology, and absolute security in today’s digital world is almost impossible. Going against Elon Musk, one of the most influential figures in the tech industry, could eventually cost India more than it gains. Not today, not tomorrow, but eventually, i believe the Modi government will allow Starlink to operate in India. India should focus on building a partnership with Starlink. Elon is a technological visionary, and allowing Starlink into the Indian market could create more opportunities for India and its people.
