On Sat last week,
elder @AKasingye shared one of the greatest testimonies of his life. How he was a smoker and how stopped the addiction.
Many fools as usual, instead of learning from the man and tapping into his anointing , they started making fun asking useless questions. This tells u the kind of society we’re living in today. We don’t know how to value people of importance.
When someone shares a story of the struggle they overcame, they’re opening their door for you who’s going through the same. run to that someone and seek his support so that u can come out too.
I know a lot of fellas who are drug addicts, buying stick after stick and their lives are now messed up. Instead of sending Elder Kasingye a message, muli wano musinika manyo commenting uselessly
I have always shared my story how I was porn addict. Story is not for me to enjoy. It’s for you to use and find motivation and encouragement that ur not the first to go through the same struggle. meaning that if you’re struggling with porn u can come to my inbox and seek help. Don’t just look on. My story shows that I have the experience to help you go through it. Am not speaking from a point of ignorance.
If you’re struggling with alcohol, go to @bill_bekunda. He will charge you but will help you. Toyasama bwasami online yet u need help.
Learn from people who have fought against behaviors and have overcome them. Those are the serious pipo to run to.

No offense, Naye, life keeps going. Either make yourself better every single day or be stuck with the same mentality that causes you to suffer. No one is going to give you a better life but you. So baako kyokola , because NO ONE IS COMING

This weekend I got two pieces of news that hit HARD.
Two friends were KILLED in two separate incidents, both were KNOCKED by Motorcycles.
As I reflected on their cruel death I was reminded of 1,776 other people KILLED while crossing or standing by roadside. That’s 32% of all victims of road crashes.
As you step out for a walk today, please pay extra attention;
Look left, right, then left before crossing….even on a one way road and Zebra crossings.
We have many reckless drivers/riders on our roads.

His parents named Mbuuse Yokana, the world knew him as Kapere Lufotose and his friends called him Taata Twamp.
He was a friend to many, a beautiful soul whose presence touched lives, and I have no doubt that he will be dearly missed.
I’m one of the many who were fortunate enough to experience his friendship. He was a man who refused to be defined by his appearance, he let his sincerity, character and heart speak for him. And what a beautiful heart he had! What an interesting character!
A loving husband who made his wife proud, a gifted artist who understood the power of his voice and chose to use it for the good of his country. Kapere lived a life of purpose, serving his country in the best way he knew how. He was a patriot, a gentleman, and a man whose infectious humour could light up even the saddest of moments.
It is painful to accept that we will no longer have you amongst us to share those moments with you, my brother.
But perhaps that is the price we pay for having known someone whose presence meant so much.
To Maama Twamp and the children, may God give you strength and comfort in the days ahead. I pray that the beautiful memories you shared with him will become a source of strength whenever the pain of his absence becomes unbearable. You will not walk this difficult journey alone.
Rest peacefully, my man. Your contribution will not be forgotten, and your spirit will live on in the lives you touched, including myself.

Been an hour or so of blasting fireworks in Munyonyo, this is such an inconvenience given the fact that there's a National Referral Hospital (Kirudu) in the neighbourhood. Such activities need to be regulated.

The road home had grown up in a thicket, as a way to participate in the National Cleaning Exercise, I teamed up with my home boys and cleared the bush. Looks clearer and less scaring. Hope you did your part too!

Old School Manners that I will continue teaching all boys that pass into my hands:
- Nver talk to an elder with your earphones in the ears.
- Always stand up and greet a person. With a firm handshake, eye contact. You don’t greet elders while seated down.
- Reply Yes Ma’m , No Sir when asked a question. Don’t leave it plain.
-During Conversations with someone, maintain eye contact. Don’t look side ways.
-When walking out , hold the door for someone behind you. To lead is to accept responsibility of opening the door.
-In a group discussion, learn to wait for your turn to speak. DO NOT INTERRUPT. What u say isn’t more important than what others be saying.
-Honor other people’s personal space. Soso media can blur boundaries and breed Kamanyiiro but learn to know where to stop.
-Keep phones off table when having a meal. Meal time is very important.
-Take initiative to clean without being told.

If your loved one abroad informs you that his/her life is in danger, do not wait to lose communication completely. Get as much information as possible especially about their exact location, write it down and inform us. Through the INTERPOL communication channels we will ask the police of the country in question to locate and rescue your person.
